This was an interesting place. It was clearly designed for a surfer… not a shorter woman per se. Well use of space. Creative design. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom area. Large space. Very clean. But very loud. They did provide ear plugs and a noise machine to help. Amazing location and nice that they offered two free drinks to the restaurant upstairs with delicious food. It didn’t always feel the safest as the outside door was always open but I think it’s a safe town. The people were welcoming and kind. Oh, they have Netflix but no live TV.

Ann's place is deep in the heart of Valle de Guadalupe. We came for a little new years retreat and found the perfect place to escape everything. Its a peaceful spot nestled amongst the hills and boulders. We enjoyed amazing star gazing from the deck, early morning walks along the trail and boulders, and cruising the dirt roads to the local vineyards. Ann is a great host who has obviously put a lot of thought and heart into everything on the property. She took care of our dinner reservations and helped us map out a route of places to visit. Our cabin was super nice and comfortable. We also really appreciated and enjoyed the complimentary glass of her house wine. Thanks so much Ann, see you again!

Alberto offers a shuttle to the hacienda. We didn’t take it and ended up having a hard time with one of the cars to get there. I will still drive there myself but know you need a 2 or 4 wheel drive! The hacienda is beautiful. We had a great time. It’s a great place for family reunions or to spend a weekend with friends.

We will be back! What a great time. The inn does an excellent job taking care of the cute little courtyard with a lovely little pool, bbqs, and a small putting green. We have 2 kids and we had a wonderful time. The mattresses were comfortable, towels and linen were very clean. Kitchenette was fully stocked with everything you might need. All the cable channels and good WiFi. Cute little patio spaces. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We stumble upon the hotel Pepper tree on Airbnb and love it. It will be our go to for any Anaheim trips. Super cute Spanish style hotel. The room was large. We had three adults and one child and it was spacious with the comfy chairs, a kitchen and the refrigerator was awesome to be able to keep food. Would highly recommend as a convenience, more affordable action when accessing Disneyland and the other parks. We will definitely be back thank you for everything. Your hospitality was amazing.

If you are looking for accommodations in Julian STOP, look no further, this is where you want to stay! Collin's Place (aka Julian Orchard Hill Country Inn) is absolutely delightful with its wonderful lodge/Inn with it's massive fireplace and cushy seating, amazing views right outside the dining room windows, delicious food (def make a reservation for the Saturday/Sunday evening meals), wonderful warm and well-prepared breakfasts, with rooms both at the Inn as well as cottages throughout the property. We stayed in Cottage One and were smitten with its cozy atmosphere including a very comfortable queen bed, TV w/ DVD/VCR (we watched like 5 VHS tapes + DVDs available via the massive library up at the Inn), a fireplace that offered comfort in both the small sitting area AND the bathroom, a large well thought-out bathroom with a tub/shower and toilet in separate room, and a little wet bar with a sink and fridge. Sitting out on the deck right outside the cottage door as the sun was setting in the provided thatched furniture with a beer in hand was heaven. The staff were all delightful, seriously not one bad seed! So attentive, kind, and accommodating. Don't pass up on the hors d'oeuvre and drinks every night up at the Inn including domestic/craft beers and wine with tasty plates of munchies and good conversations with the proprietors (whom were always there) and other guests. We could have just stayed at the Inn and in our cottage all weekend but alas Anza Borrego was calling (a 45 minute drive to the AB visitors center and Slot Canyon hike) as were the wonderful shops and restaurants along Main Street. Make sure and head to the Julian Beer Company for some damn good ales and pizza...get the Bacon Bleu pie...you won't be sorry. And shopping at the Warm Hearth, the Olde Goat, the Barn Vintage Marketplace, and quite a few others, was sooo fun...really very good shopping. We'll be back, thanks Collins and staff for a weekend my wife and I will never forget.

Small but reliable room with closet and restroom

If I could leave a million stars I would. Tara’s cabin is a hidden gem wonderland along the stream. A perfectly hot jacuzzi overlooking the trees. Sounds of nature and birds. The staircase is magnificent. The bed super comfy. The kitchen fully stocked. The atmosphere is a dream. I am so so so so grateful I stumbled across this incredible place to restore my body, spirit and mind. And Tara is the friendliest kindest person! Was on top of whatever I needed. Truly cares to provide her guests a serene peaceful stay.

Todo muy bien , el lugar , ubicación y atención estuvieron excelente. Incluso el anfitrión fue muy atento al decirnos que no nos apuráramos a desocupar el lugar a la hora del check out, que podríamos tomarnos nuestro tiempo para no salir con prisa. La persona de mantenimiento también muy atento, Muchas gracias por todo, claro que volveremos.

Lugar súper cómodo para pasar un fin de semana romántico, el jacuzzi es un muy buen detalle y la recamara cuenta con todo lo necesario, además muy buena ubicación y buenas recomendaciones para restaurantes por visitar.

Excelente atención, comunicación y todo super bien !! Limpio, bonito, agradable, mi hijo de estuvo feliz jugando, yo disfruté mucho el jacuzzi, la fogata 🔥 el desayuno de cortesia (waffles y café ) todo super a tiempo, muchas gracias x todo ! Lo único que pudiera decir “malo” y que en realidad no fue malo, solo me hizo batallar un poco para dormir, pero se entiende que es fin de semana.. fue música muy fuerte. Se agradece que tengan cobijas porque si hace frío por la noche, y además hay calefacción. De nuevo, gracias, espero volver ✨

100% will absolutely be back! My only complaint is that I didn’t stay longer. The bed was incredibly soft and cozy, I loved the picnic basket of snacks, and not to mention amenities and photo ops!

I enjoyed staying at Hotel Narcissus! The facilities were such an interesting concept and there was clearly an attention to detail. It felt like such a unique place staying somewhere with so much character! The area was quiet and safe. There was plenty of street parking around. There were real roses in my room, and Benjamin offered to switch them out as I was nearing the end of my stay with fresh roses! Benjamin was a great host and very responsive to issues as they came up.
