Bright, cozy, clean & furnished non-smoking 1 bedroom in-law apt.. Basement but above ground. In the scenic Waterford Valley - parks, walking trails & shopping are all within walking distance. West of dwt & on bus route. On-street parking is available. Private entrance through gated backyard. Cable, internet & other comforts of home. Owner lives upstairs. Air conditioning. Note to tall guests, the apt. is in the basement of an older home, ceilings in the bedroom & bathroom are just over 6’ ft.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy a private entrance, AC, living room area with 74 inch tv (Netflix, Crave, Disney Plus, Prime & cable). Perfect location to explore St. John’s. 3 to 5 minute cab ride to downtown, parks, university, restaurants and stores. Walk to downtown in 20 min. 7 min cab ride to the airport. This entire home is newly renovated and not currently updated on Google Maps. Wifi, fridge, Keurig, kettle, & microwave. No cooking but coffee & tea.
