The only non-five star ratings (a few 4 stars) of the 110 cited the "somewhat outdated" kitchen. That has been totally remedied with keen attention to the highest quality! One balcony off the upstairs corner primary bedroom suite, walk in closet and ocean view King size beds in each bedroom. Anytime is a good time to be on the beach in St. Augustine!
