This historic Second Empire-style house, built in 1877, has been beautifully modernized while retaining its classic charm. Located just a few miles from the Stone Mountain Arts Center and only one mile from the AMC hiking trail, making it the perfect home base for outdoor adventures.

Your rooms are isolated from the rest of the house on the second floor with a separate entrance that opens to a shared hall and laundry. The bedroom is large with an en suite bathroom and queen. The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close.

My sister and i will welcome you to our guest cottage on a quiet lake in Belgrade. We are including a dropped off gourmet breakfast-you pick the time, between 7:30 and 9:00. We include waterfront access as well as use of a kayak. We are located on a beautiful lake in the middle of the woods. Peaceful and absolulely quiet. We will practice extreme sanitation as well as social distancing. One well behaved dog is welcome as long as they are not left alone in the cottage- dog bed supplied.

Our beautiful semi-secluded property has several outside decks and is only a ¼ mile from the Footbridge & the new Eastside Waterfront Park. This very cool venue has a new bath, kitchenette and a queen size bed in the large bedroom, a full-sized bed in the sleeping loft & a queen size pullout couch, being able to comfortably sleep up to 4 adults or 5 with friendly smaller people.

With hiking trails in the Pine Tree Preserve that adjoins the property and the Lobster Cove Meadow Preserve a five minute walk up the road, you can also explore nature and enjoy the solitude of the woods.

If you are a couple, the whole place is yours! If you are a family, the whole place is yours. Dreamy! The rate is $285 nightly based on a 2 person occupancy with stocked breakfast staples for “self serve”. This rate does not include the 9% ME state tax, cleaning or service fees.
