Franco is the hardest working man in all of Italy! he will not stop from sunrise till well after sunset in order to serve you. Franco works for MSC cruise line and clearly understands customer service. HE DOES EVERYTHING HIMSELF. He has a couple of folks helping him but for the most part, he is a one man show. The property is lovely and his hospitality is top notch. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING FRANCO!

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Resort wurde spontan von uns gebucht und war überraschenderweise der Höhepunkt unseres Italien-Urlaubs. Das Resort war so luxuriös, ruhig und entspannt, dass wir gar nicht abreisen wollten. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Das Zimmer war genauso traumhaft wie das gute Essen und der blitzsaubere Pool. Wir können dieses Resort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Fünf Sterne absolut verdient!

This hotel was one of the best hotels that we have ever been in. It was not big, but very exclusive. The room was clean, modern, well equipped. The outside environment was designed for people who enjoy a quiet relaxing holiday, surrounded by nicely maintained trees and flowers. The pool and the bar around it was definitely the highlight. One can spend a whole there enjoying the sunshine, the breeze and the wonderful drinks and food. The service from the hotel staff was excellent. Every single personnel was friendly and professional. The restaurant prepared exclusively Italian cuisine in the best quality. Breakfast as well. We were both very happy and satisfied with the threenight stay. The viñla is beautiful and full of amenities that make the stay easy. Some of the photos didn’t match the room we were assigned but it was still a wonderful stay. The shuttle helped so much with getting to and from the center. Would stay again.

We hebben nog last minute kunnen boeken en dat was een heel goed idee. We hebben het heel fijn gehad hier en we werden goed geholpen. Leuke omgeving ook en er is een hele leuke wijntour in de buurt, is ook zeker een aanrader!

Mario and the other hosts were all fantastic. Nothing was too much and they were extremely helpful for example, Giving us lists too and from the train station. The food and wine was fantastic and we were lucky enough to be there over easter which was lucky because there was traditional set menus in the restaurant which were fantastic!
