Notsotiny is a Cosy Tiny House established in 2024 on our 5 acre property only 7 km’s from Jindabyne , 35mins from Perisher and Thredbo. The tiny is well suited for a couple or 2 Adults and 2 Children who are looking for quiet accommodation in a beautiful rural location but not to far from town. Its the perfect retreat after a day in the mountains ,winter or Summer. You will come home to reverse cycle heating and cooling , great phone reception , Wifi a 50 inch Smart TV and a fire pit.

Bendoc Retreat

Bendoc is located in a country town in east Gippsland. Located just 15km from the town delegate of NSW. Surrounded by the lovely Errinundra rainforest, there are plenty of activities to do including the beautiful boardwalks, and fishing in the bendoc river. Also surrounded by state forest , this is the perfect accommodation for those with a VIC game hunting license. Location is 100m walk to the local pub ( doesn’t supply meals). Also just a 100m from the local friendly park.

PET FRIENDLY. Dogs allowed inside with you. Feather topped King size bed and sofa bed. Luxury linen and super down doonas. Located across driveway from Main House (Arthouse) where guests are also welcome to enjoy the facilities and entertaining areas.

Snowy Chalet

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is centrally located in Jindabyne. It is also 30 minutes to the ski fields and the National Park. It is only 5 minutes to the shops and lake. 1 off street parking space provided. It contains 2 ensuites and 3 toilets. Quality inclusions. There is a designated parking space at the front door and plenty of off street parking available for additional cars.

Relax, unwind, enjoy the quiet & fresh mountain air. Wyndrock is a mostly cleared 30 acre property that’s about half way between Sydney & Melbourne. With a creek forming a part of it's boundary. It is surrounded by farmland, bush, mountains, national parks & state forests with lots of Kangaroos, birds ect on the property. With easy access via sealed bitumen rd & driveway & not to far from beautiful beaches.
