We spent 10 days in Leonardo & Gabriela’s Oltrarno apartment. It has charming yet sophisticated nautical decor , every amenity , great kitchen, in a well established, upscale , quiet neighborhood. Fabulous local restaurants , patisserie, butchers , fish market and fresh produce within 5 minutes walking . Also walkable to many important Florence sites and museums through the Porta Romana arch gate . It is a wonderful building and a magical experience . We usually stay at elevated hotels and this apartment met all our expectations. They were very responsive and helpful on several occasions. The kindest and nicest hosts. Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

We had an excellent stay at Eddy's place. Eddy is an extremely responsive and helpful. He personally came to pick us up at the train station which was very sweet. The location of the house is perfect just a 5 min walk from the train station and also very near to all the main tourist locations. The house is on the first floor without a lift so you have to carry the luggage up, but eddy himself helped in carrying the luggage which I felt was very nice of him. The house was also well equipped and exactly like mentioned in the description. I would definitely recommend Eddy as an excellent host and Eva's place for a holiday in Florence. Great apartment clean and everything you need. On a dead end street so it’s quiet. A bit of a walk to the center but lots of bicycles around so that makes it easy. The host was extremely responsive, answered my texts within minutes. Note that it’s a second floor (usa first floor, 1 flight of stairs) so if you’re older with heavy luggage or have difficulty climbing stairs with suitcases it may be a challenge. I’d definitely rent this place again.

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If Marin’s apartment is available for your stay in Florence, snap it up. It’s an amazing spacious apartment in the ideal location, a block behind the Duomo. Because the apartment faces the interior courtyard of the building, there is absolutely no street noise whatsoever. The apartment was pristine, modern, extremely comfortable and well-appointed with extreme attention to detail. The washer (and Dryer!) came in very handy for our stay in Florence, the mid-point of our two week trip through Italy. Marin was extremely responsive and super helpful with recommendations. The ideal two bedroom apartment for our family of four (me, my wife and our two daughters ages 17 and 21). The upstairs bedroom (with its own full bathroom) was the perfect retreat for our daughters and the master bedroom downstairs was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were ultra modern, clean and relaxing. Apartment and host (Marin) are A+

Stefano’s apartment in the center of Florence was the perfect apartment for my friends and I during our trip. The location is perfect for anyone who plans to walk around all day and have the perfect centered home for breaks in between. Stefano and Valerio had the best recommendations and made our stay feel right at home. I would stay here again and again on my next visits! Can’t recommend it enough

Great location! Apartment was exactly as described. It is about a 20 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and a 12 minute walk to the Train Station. Great place to be away from the tourist and easy to walk to the tourist area.

This spot is in short walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. It was very cozy and private. Great find!

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Un soggiorno che ha rispecchiato pienamente il nostro ideale di vacanza. Il luogo è semplicemente magico: immerso nella quiete, un po’ fuori dal tempo e lontano dalla frenesia della routine quotidiana. I ritmi lenti, la natura intorno e l’atmosfera rilassata ci hanno regalato giorni di vero relax e rigenerazione. La casa è arredata con gusto romantico in stile francese, un vero piccolo nido d’amore dove ci si sente coccolati e subito a proprio agio. Un ringraziamento speciale a Riccardo, un host davvero straordinario: sempre disponibile, gentilissimo e cordiale, ci ha fatti sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Torneremo sicuramente!

Estuvimos en el departamento durante un mes completo. Lo sentimos nuestro hogar muy rápidamente. Está perfectamente equipado. Destaco la cocina y todos sus utensilios. La calefacción por radiadores funciona muy bien, aún en días fríos; junto con el doble vidrio, mantiene un ambiente muy confortable en el interior del departamento. La puerta es blindada, lo cual hace sentirte muy seguro. La ubicación está a unos minutos a pie del centro histórico. La zona de la Plaza Libertad nos pareció muy tranquila y menos ruidosa para alojarnos. Muy cómodo el acceso desde el aeropuerto o estación de tren, gracias a la cercanía con el tranvía (a solo 50 metros). La comunicación y amabilidad de Marco fueron inmejorables. Sin dudarlo será nuestro alojamiento en Firenze la próxima vez que visitemos esta hermosa ciudad. Gracias!

O local corresponde às fotos e muito mais. O jardim é lindíssimo e super tranquilo. A casa tem muitos detalhes e móveis antigos lindos. Adoramos estar lá. Pamela nos enviou todos os detalhes de check-in e nos recebeu super bem. A casa tem uma cozinha super completa e uma cama muito confortável. Está muito próxima a estação de trem e é de fácil acesso. Recomendo muito a estadia!!!

We had an amazing time at Karin's Villa. From the views to the amazing location; I will recommended to anyone. Will definitely love to comeback sometime. WOW. What a great place to stay We loved the Air B&B that Carlotta rented to us. The accommodations were fantastic. The roof top patio looking at the Duomo and Bell Tower were stunning and even more beautiful at night. The home was in the perfect place in Florence. Really close to everything we wanted to see. Just below Carlotta’s place was a great gelato place and a fantastic restaurant. Carlotta was a great host. She was very responsive to my many questions and pointed out a few things on a map for us. Can’t wait to get back. Thank you Carlotta for making our stay memorable. Alan

Aparamento muito amplo. Utensílios muito bons, azeite bom, café sem limites. A anfitriã é muito clara e, acima de tudo, achei uma pessoa muito do bem, que teve a delicadeza de me escrever e sugerir pra não ir longe no dia seguinte, porque havia um alerta de mau tempo pro dia seguinte. Panzano é bem vazia em baixa temporada, vários restaurantes fechados, mas a vista do terraço do apto é linda e a Chiantigiana( SC 222), também. A única dificuldade em relação ao apartamento ( e acho que se aplica mais a brasileiro, porque é diferente daqui), refere-se a um ponto muito bacana da cidade, que é o tratamento do lixo que eles mantém por lá: Toda a região conta com coleta de lixo 100% seletiva, de modo que as coletas são de lixo orgânico dia sim, dia não; e, nos intercalados, recolhe-se num dia em plástico, no outro papel etc. Se no dia da saída vc tiver lixo que nao se recolhe naquele dia, vc tem que levar com vc e achar o local do descarte. Super razoável a regra; conseguimos achar. ☺️

Un angolo di intimità e romanticismo dove staccare completamente. Tutto perfetto, host gentilissimo e disponibile, la piscina riscaldata con un buon impianto audio è una goduria. Un eccellente vista sulla natura dei dintorni e soprattutto una estrema privacy. Il centro è 7 minuti di macchina, ma sembra d'essere fuori dalla città.

Very walkable and convenient without being in the middle of the crowds. Fabulous rooftop patio. Helpful elevator, though small of course. Our family of seven had a wonderful stay here. Would recommend to others!

We had a very enjoyable stay, Ilaria was very helpful and responsive. Only negative is that as this property is very near the piazza, the street can be quite loud until very late. However, closing the windows and shutters kept most of the noise out. All in all we loved the place!

Cosimo's apartment was wonderful. Visually, the exposed brickwork and wooden beams gave it a rustic feel but with contemporary furniture and a modern bathroom. Cosimo was there to great us on arrival and made the check-in process very easy. It was useful being on the ground floor (we walked from the train station with our luggage, which took about 20 minutes, and felt grateful not to have any stairs to climb). It was within walking distance of all the main sites in Florence and in a really beautiful part of town. We heard a few people walking past at night time once or twice, but no one particularly rowdy. The area is generally quiet and peaceful, despite being so centrally located. We would highly recommend Cosimo's apartment and would definitely come back here again.

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

Lorena é uma anfitriã muito atenciosa! Nos recebeu com muito carinho, permitiu o check in antecipado, sempre nos respondia rapidamente. O apartamento é bem localizado, próximo ao Duomo, com vários restaurantes ao redor, inclusive eu recomendo os restaurantes localizados na mesma rua do prédio, os dois mais próximos. Apartamento limpo, roupa de cama limpa e tudo confortável! Foi uma excelente estadia! Super recomendo!
