Lucrezia was responsive and helpful. The house is nice and peaceful, in the contryside. You must have a car to reach it. Overall a good deal if you don't want to stay in the city

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

Absolutely stunning views and a beautiful, well appointed home! We loved our stay here and found Suzy to be incredibly friendly and helpful! We would love to stay again and highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Alessandro’s place! The location is secluded in the mountain/forest area with a spectacular view. Only a short drive from the train station in Prato. The house is filled with character and charm, it truly is an authentic Tuscan experience. We appreciated all the details. The house had everything you could possibly want. As for Alessandro, what a kind, responsive, and helpful host. We were greeted with a warm welcoming, homemade dessert, and sent off with cappuccinos (which may have been the best on the trip). Excellent! Alessandro was always available if you needed to message him. This stay has it all, a great house and a fantastic host. If you are looking for a quiet place, beautiful views, authentic experience, do not hesitate to book here!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

We loved our stay at Giulia’s - it was like home from home and had everything we needed. It has beautiful surroundings and is great for cycling! Giulia was very helpful with recommendations and friendly too.

Marco is a great host and incredibly helpful! He gave us recommendations for a few local restaurants and helped us make reservations. The apartment is walkable and ~20-30 minutes from the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which was a nice break from the city center.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is just off the beaten track and we loved that! Everything is so close by, but the apartment allows you to be just out of the touristy area but yet still in it all! Perfect for a family of 4- and we have tall adult children!

Awesome stay at Nico's! The location: walk 15 minutes to the Duomo. Even better, a short walk from some of the best coffee shops, restaurants, and our preferred market Sant Ambrogio (more local, amazing produce, and some delicious bites). The apartment: has everything you need, very clean, quiet at night. The host: Nico was fantastic! Clear on instructions, highly responsive, and provided excellent recommendations. Really appreciated his offer to take us on a walking tour (great perk!), time-willing we would have definitely taken him up on the offer. Grazie mille for the hospitality, Nico!

Giuseppe and Margherita's place were one of the best places we've stayed. We were welcomed with a wonderful homemade pie and more. The place were spotless and big. The balconies were a bonus. Very close to the old city.

Mimma’s place is the perfect place to stay in Firenze. It’s maybe 20 steps to the Duomo and very close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. You can’t beat the location and the rest of the city can be reached in just a few minutes. Her home was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was luxurious. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beautiful and spacious apartment, has all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The photos don’t do it justice! The hosts are very communicative, hospitable and responsive, we really enjoyed our stay. The arrival instructions were detailed and clear. The apartment is in a great location, just 10 minutes walk from the main train station. We hope to visit again!

A localização é ótimo, ficamos hospedados com dois bebês e nos atendeu perfeitamente. O anfitrião nos indicou restaurantes, mercado, valeu muito. Fomos a pé da estação, mas indico pegar um táxi. Com as malas é um pouco difícil por causa das ruas de pedra. Tem tudo próximo, pelo custo x benefício acredito que vale a pena!

I would definitely stay here again! The location is absolutely perfect with most places that we wanted to visit within a 10 to 15 minute radius. Cafes, shops, and restaurants are just outside of the door. The three bedrooms are made even more comfortable with 3 separate bathrooms. Silvia was flexible and generous with our requests and always responded quickly.

Luca is a wonderful host and very responsive. His place was very easy to get to from Santa Maria Novella. The bed was comfortable and there were enough amenities in the kitchen to cook with. Bathroom had enough hot water. Host doesn’t provide soap or shampoo so you do need to pack your own. It was so easy to get to all the locations we wanted to in Florence from Luca’s place. We found the location quiet at night, and our infant was able to sleep well. We did have an issue with mosquitos the first night, but Luca was able to help us my providing some mosquito repellent.

All perfect and easy! Very cosy and nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4 like us visiting Florence for a family reunion. Lots of nice ottiene restaurants nearby , 10-15 minutes easy walk to Ponte Ve. Gio and the center. There is also a bus stop by the house. The private carpark was a real plus and Morena is always available and easy to reach fir useful advice or anything you might need.

O apartamento é amplo, limpo e acolhedor. Localiza-se em um bairro de fácil acesso ao centro histórico. É excelente para quem vai de carro a Florença, pois tem uma vaga de garagem. What a wonderful property! You walk in the door and are immediately taken by the frescoes on the walls and the decor. The windows open to the streets below that are action packed in the heart of Florence. Walking distance to everything you could want to see. Lorenzo was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. He did everything he could to accommodate us. I highly recommend this property.

Large airbnb tucked outside the city. Location is very walkable. Space is large, and unit is clean. Marina & her team were very accommodating with us as well, which I appreciate!

Andrea was a wonderful host, very kind and responsive. The apartment is right in the heart of the city, easy walk to all the major sites. There are plenty of great restaurants right in the area. I would recommend staying here.

Giuseppina was very attentive to our needs, she accommodated us on our arrival time which was delayed due to transport. Gave us clear instructions on use of appliances, and sorting garbage. Sent us recommendations to restaurant that was incredibly good, perfect for us. Always greeted us with a lovely smile and had her apartment prepared for our visit just right. Certainly recommend it to friends and relatives who wish to stay at a comfortable, clean and quiet place in Florence. It is especially close to the historical center and the river with its beautiful bridge. I would stay here again! Nicola is also a kind man with a gentle smile, responding to messages quickly. Thanks
