The house is very clean and comfortable. It is convenient to cook in the kitchen. Bill and his family are very considerate in every detail. It is a great pleasure to live in the house. There is a trail behind the house. I like to take a walk there. It is near Safeway and Wholefoods. Shopping and eating out are very convenient.

We were pleasantly surprised at how much we felt at home. It was like being hosted by a very thoughtful family member. Loved the attention to detail on providing a good experience to guests.

Great location; short walk to several good restaurants and a brewery. Geri was also very responsive.

Jenny was a great host. Her place was very clean and had everything that one would need. We had an amazing time here.

We enjoyed our stay at Gina’s place. Peaceful and private with ample amenities and cooking utensils, including condiments! Since we had a baby, the foldable crib was also incredibly useful. The finishing touch for our stay was the washer and dryer combo onsite which we used our last day.

I've stayed here now a couple times, once with my wife (couples trip) and this visit just myself (visiting friends). Both time Sage was awesome! Great communication and very friendly. The Sauna was a good detox in the morning.

Perfect little studio with everything you need. Huge shower with two shower heads! Super close drive to the Golden Gate Bridge and other tourist attractions. Felt very quiet and private even while attached to the main house. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great place new point Reyes station. Very remote neighborhood and felt like a nice little getaway. Hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived so she turned on the sauna for us which was really nice. Overall great stay!

Nice small apartment in the back of owner's home. Access to an enclosed side yard was private. Very quiet neighborhood with all kinds of shopping nearby. Places to walk and hike within a short driving distance or if you want to stroll around the neighborhood it seemed very safe to do so. Bed was very comfortable. I would suggest putting a full length mirror on the closet door as you only have the bathroom mirror available. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend for a few night stay.

Very Clean and Relaxing setting. Lovely touch with assortment of nice teas and coffee provided. Impressed that floors were so clean. Kitchen well stocked if you prefer to cook. Beautiful outdoor area on deck. More Expansive than fotos. Bed was alright. Linens soft and cozy. Do visit Redwood Valley Railway Company. $4. Enchanting for adults too. You can easily pop on over to Skates on the Bay Restaurant { gorgeous views} in Berkeley. Exceptional restaurant service, food is well done and cocktails — note there is a Happy Hour if you are interested. Delicious cuisine options in Oakland Hills. Thai and Indian place was marvelous. Superb Massage in San Francisco at Rejuvenate Massage. Sai is gifted. Alice is great too - Thai knowledge. The money is an investment in your whole HEALTH. Blessings to you Janet. Book it.

Great part of the Mission - flat, easy walk to Tartine (best bakery), Sight Glass (best coffee), great restaurants (Bon Nene, Flour+Water, Penne Roma, El Metate), cocktail bars (True Laurel, etc), easy walk to Valencia St and Dolores Park and 24th Street.

This place is wonderful! The furniture, beds, everything is really comfy. Stephen and Samantha are very responsive and friendly. Lots of restaurants and coffee places nearby. The view is amazing! I would definitely come back!

I have stayed in several Airbnb’s in Oakland and Carlo’s home is one of my favorites. He was there to greet us even though our flight didn’t get in until 4 hours after check-in. It was nice getting the tour and meeting him in person. Not too many places offer a garage for parking so that was nice knowing we always had a parking space when we returned. This spot was walking distance to grocery stores and coffee. The TV was a nice touch because we were able to watch some NBA Playoff games. Overall, a great experience. Carlos really goes above and beyond with his amenities and hospitality. Great communication all the way through and responds in a timely manner. Will be booking again.
