Amanda’s place and garden were gorgeous in the early springtime and it was the perfect place to get ready for my wedding and take our first look pictures outside. Amanda was super quick to respond and was very accommodating to my last-minute request.

This beautiful Oakland Oasis was better than I imagined it would be! This place exceeded my expectations! Coming through the gate the first night, to a path of twinkling lights leading us to our adorable cabin took my breath away! It was the perfect location for peace and quiet right in the middle of Oakland. My only regret is that I didn’t spend more time on the property. We flew in from out of state to visit friends and spent a lot of time out and about. I definitely want to come back to spend more time hanging out in the backyard with the goats and chickens. My 13-year-old loved the backyard, the trampoline and the animals. The location was very walkable and within several blocks of many restaurants and shops. We rented a car and street parking was easily accessible. Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park was only an 8 minute drive away and we spent most mornings walking through the mountains enjoying the beautiful trees and views of San Francisco. Highly recommend this listing!

I would give 10 stars if I could! This tiny cute cabin is located in a very beautiful working farm, very quiet, calm and relaxing, and it’s only a 10 minute drive from Los Gatos in the Bay Area. Totally recommend it.

Small, cute, quite space. Great price for the location. Close to all Half Moon Bay and Pacifica has to offer! Close great restaurants, surfing and lots of nature. I didn't meet Shirley but I did meet Olive her dog, Husband and son. All very nice. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

I took my better half for his birthday surprise. An he was surprised an very pleased! The initial welcome was warm and inviting. Those two really know how to host! The cottage was beyond expectations,the views were spectacular panoramic views, the home was shocked with essentials, quality essentials, and the sound of the river at the door was just a bonus! We will definitely be back, only next time, we are inviting Lea an he hubby to share a bottle of wine with us! Thank you for the experience!

I love Tom's place! This was my second time staying. It is a beautiful oasis. Super quiet, peaceful, comfortable space, perfect for writing, working, and rest away from the city, yet still convenient to all the amenities of Los Altos. Tom is a lovely host and goes out of his way to be accommodating. This is one of only a few affordable and high quality Airbnbs in the area. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing, recently moving from another stay we had to rent for 2 weeks while we waited for our things. This place had everything we could have needed. If you have dogs Ela’s place will be perfect for you, the backyard is fenced and my dogs loved it. The location is also great as there are a lot of stores, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

We LOVED staying at Jennifer and Will’s place. It was amazing for our cozy anniversary getaway. They were super kind and responsive, and the space had everything you needed. Would definitely stay here again! Don’t miss out on the hot tub - a little piece of heaven.

This cabin in the redwoods was like a little piece of paradise, in a beautiful part of Felton. The cabin itself was bright, cosy, clean, well-appointed, and cute to top all that off. Tera and Casey were really friendly and gracious hosts. My favorite part (and there were many!) was waking up to the redwoods bowing over me through the skylights each morning. This is definitely a place I’d love to stay at again!

I had a great stay! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and relaxed. Though the place is small it makes extremely good use of the room available. Being situated in the backyard, there is a good feeling of privacy and one can also be sitting outside for breakfast or to work. I can only recommend the place.

Not as isolated as I had imagined. Which turned out to be a good thing since my partner had to leave mid trip on an emergency. With the family up front and the neighbor next door, as a single female, I did not feel unsafe or alone in the woods at night. It was a lovely stay with hosts that responded quickly. Only 15 minutes to any of the nearby beaches, but hard to leave behind the serenity of the perfectly flowing (end of April) creek. So relaxing!

Had a great stay with my dog. The location was quiet and convenient, I appreciated having an easy parking spot, and the place was just as described.

Never have felt more comfortable and at home than at Andi’s place! Such a cozy and functional space. We loved our stay!

First and foremost, Flora’s AirBnB was extremely safe and cozy. Secondly, it was the perfect size for a couple to stay. The bed was comfortable. The coffee maker was my absolute favorite amenity. This will be our repeat stay when we come to San Jose again.

Liriola and Ramsey’s place worked very well for me. I was there alone for a conference in the city. The place is small, but it has everything you need for a quiet and restful evening, and to get ready in the morning to hit the city. Very clean, with a functional kitchen stocked with everything you need, and a VERY comfortable bed. Communication was great and they are very caring. Trader Joe is near by, on the way back from SF and it's very convenient. A plus in my book. Thank you for letting me stay at your place. Cheers!

We had a very comfortable stay here. We had everything we needed, and Michelle was great about checking on us. We brought our large dog with us, and he is very shy around new people. We did see the host family and their dogs, and they did an amazing job of making him feel comfortable, giving him plenty of space when we explained that he's shy. Overall, a very peaceful place to stay.

Quiet, peaceful, beautiful garden, responsive host, ample street parking. Definitely worth the price. Plus there's a hot tub you can use after the end of a long day or before the start of one like how we used. MINUTES away from bars, restaurants, and shopping in Oakland. Great location. Nanci’s backyard apartment was perfect for my short stay in Rockridge. Great location and very peaceful!

En provided very helpful instructions to unlock and lock the gate. The cottage was private and a good size for two people. Having parking available in the driveway was appreciated!

Felt like it was just lke my home accept they have a hot tub that I used almost every night during my stay also had a beautiful garden. Is very quiet and relaxing.

The Retreat was a very nice tiny home, perfect for me and my dog. The yard is enclosed with a beautiful garden and areas to sit and enjoy the smells. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to walk up in the Oakland Hills. The views of the Bay Area are spectacular. I would definitely recommend it.
