El Airnb está ubicado en una zona residencial familiar a 15 minutos de la frontera y a 5 minutos del Estadio Caliente, fue diseñado para que te sientas en casa, en la recámara tiene TV de 45 pulgadas con una cama queen, amplio clóset, tiene una cocina totalmente equipada , el sillón de la sala es muy cómodo para que puedas disfrutar de alguna de tus series preferidas de Netflix, tiene una agradable terraza donde puede disfrutar de un café , una copa de vino, leer o simplemente pasar la tarde.

Depto, Facturas, limpio y Céntrico.

Estamos a dos calle de tiendas, mercados, farmacias, costco, Officedepot, Home depot, hospital, Bulevares, Via Rápido y mas. Cuento con toallas, colchas, utensilios de cocina y todo lo básico de un hogar. Usamos DOBLE sábanas y fundas. Con área para fumar. IMPORTANTE: si el huespe requiere factura por su alojamiento, si puedo facturar por el monto de mi ingreso pero el impuestos extras del 16% de facturación corren por cuenta de mismo huesped.

Amazing Apartment, Free downtown parking!

Location, amenities, cleanliness, style, view, this place has it all! You'll be right across from Petco Park, Convention Center, harbor, restaurants, and bars that surround you. When everyone else is stuck in traffic, you'll be lounging in a super comfortable getaway! You will also have access to free parking, a great gym and a game room where everything if FREE! Stay here and enjoy!! Update...I've upgraded the bed from a queen size to a Cal King, enjoy!

The place has surveillance cameras such as hall and entrance in (main gate) for security propuse. Perfect for people crossing the border daily. The zone living it’s calm and secure . Modern style and decoration, it has a BEAUTIFUL view super comfortable. (7 minutes Airport) (4 min from Garita de Otay) (2 min consulate USA) (5 min from malls and restaurants) Plaza Americana and Plaza Alameda Tv 45" HD Netflix Super comfortable bed. Comfy Studio.
