Located on a corner in an upscale neighborhood, our detached, sunny, beautifully decorated cottage offers a huge private yard & parking. Meaning "The Jewel" in Spanish, La Jolla's roots are as an artist colony and surf spot. Our happy cottage evokes these simpler times. Swanky Casa Ocean Beach 1 Blk to Beach w A/C

Two bedrooms & prime location! 250 steps to the beach 2 blocks the mainstreet. Split system A/C for independent control of each bedroom. Amenities include surfboards, bikes, & beach toys. Ocean Beach offers numerous bars/restaurants including the famous Hodad's & OB Noodle House, antique stores, & weekly Farmer's Market. Excellent walkability! PLEASE NOTE: Currently has potential for construction noise, a new unit is being built behind the home. Risk for noise is reflected in the rental rate.

Awesome SD location, easy freeway access. Convenient shopping. Bright, cheerful 4bd. home on private cul de sac in Mt Helix community. Comfortably furnished, fully equipped kitchen. We have board games, cook books, beach toys & chairs, pac-n-play for the kids! Fast WFI, cable TV, dvd. Private fenced back yard with lots of trees, & room for kids to play, two covered patios & BBQ! We do not allow any parties, events or gatherings. Primary Guest must be 30 years of age or above.

Best in Pacific Beach, 2bedroom+loft!! 5*sanitized

Located within the heart of Pacific Beach. It is a short walk to popular restaurants and grocery, a bike ride to the beach, and central to all San Diego's major attractions. Enjoy comfortable beds, the fun loft, BBQing on deck and FREE laundry. NOTE: For larger groups, please check my profile to book another unit/house on same property! There is an additional 2 bedroom + loft right next door, and a 3-bedroom single family house in front. Total of 7 bedrooms booked together!

San Diego family bungalow!

The bungalow is close to all of the famous San Diego iconic activities. Most are within 20 minutes of the bungalow. Mountains and fishing are less than 1 hour away, desert is 2 hours away and Disneyland is 1 1/2 hours away. You will love our bungalow. It is the perfect place for a family vacation. The pool, trampoline, play structure are wonderful and you don't need to drive anywhere. It is impossible to heat the pool.

We supply you with beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and beach cruiser bikes! Garage parking & A/C included, both a rare luxury in this area.
