Bright and Spacious 1 BR in Pacific Beach. Next to the Bay. Walking distance to everything. Ocean, Shopping, Fanuel Park with a playground for kids. Large Private Patio and Rooftop Patio. All the amenities! WiFi, Netflix, Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Two Parking spots. Private Patio includes Fire Pit, Grill, 2 Beach Cruisers, Coolers and Children's Beach Toys. I live in PB, no vacation property management. I'm close by to ensure a quality stay! You won’t find a better place, I guarantee it! Jesse

Our beach condo and sunny Court side patio, steps from the Pacific Ocean, has everything you need for a vacation. NEW Air conditioning units in bedrooms! Bikes( very used beach cruisers)boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and a grill on the outdoor patio to relax on after a great day at the beach. Guests LOVE my location, quick walk down the court to the beach and the bay, walking to restaurants and attractions at Belmont Park, yet a quiet court to relax on. Includes parking for 1 car.

Located on La Jolla Blvd in Bird Rock area of La Jolla. This luxury space is brand new in 2021, extremely clean, modern, and spacious. This street-facing unit overlooks many of La Jolla Blvd's boutiques & other local businesses. Your next get-away is large enough to host a family of 6. The condo is freshly furnished with state-of-the-art appliances and lots of other amenities. Amazing large ocean view roof top deck shared with only three other residential condos in the building!!

This amazing two bedroom apartment is perfect for families or friends. Lots of room for everyone to spread out after a day of exploring all that San Diego has to offer! Unlike most two bedroom condos in the area... This condo has 2 full bathrooms and Air Conditioning! Bedroom One : Queen Bed & En-suite Bathroom Bedroom Two : Queen & Twin Bed. Bathroom in the Hall.
