Welcome to our new Rosarito beach house! We have spent months renovating our home, inside and out, and are excited to share it with you! Our home is located on the north end of Rosarito, in the private, gated community of Baja del Mar. It's situated directly on the beach, with private beach access, and unobstructed views of the ocean and Coronado islands. This home affords the perfect opportunity to both relax and unwind, while also playing in the sand and surf. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Enjoy our unique Beach front condo, that is perfectly situated near the San Diego/ Tijuana Border and minutes away from Rosarito Downton. Open floor plan, that expands into a massive balcony over looking the Pacific. You can get tan in one of our 3 pools our 8 jacuzzis, or get a ride on the beach on horseback. Our condo is set on the 9th floor of a 20-floor condominium building. The building has a 24 gate security. * Our price vary depending on the number of guests *NO pet allowed *NO smoking

Coronado Islands House

Wonderful location 5 mins away from dowtown Rosarito & only 18 mins away from the border, only scenic route driving making it easy to reach and extremely safe. The house has a small gym area, a working complete with a desk & hardline ethernet connection in addition to WiFi via 3 extenders to ensure full coverage. It has a wonderful ocean view with fully openable window of four sheets of glass, excellent breeze and floor to ceiling windows on both floors. Comfy bbq grill with a firepit in back!

The oceanfront balcony with full 180 views from the 12th floor includes a Bluetooth speaker, lounge sofa, BBQ grill and a bar for the perfect happy hour sunset. Portable ice chest, chairs & towels for beach goers are included. Just relax!!
