Stay was great for our group of guys. Loved the back patio —great gathering spot for a late (or anytime) cigar & drink.

This property is great for families with enough entertainment and space for everyone to feel comfortable. Matter of fact, it was the cleanest house I have ever stayed at. In addition, basic toiletries are included such as toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Along with some snacks. I 100% recommend this property!

Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

Spacious, quiet and exactly as advertised. We needed a place to stay for 2 nights with a family of 5 and this was cheaper and much more comfortable than a hotel!

The host was perfect. Quickly responded to and questions. Beautiful comfortable homey feel. We weren't there long but it was exactly what we needed.

Had a wonderful stay at the house! The beds were comfortable and the backyard was incredible. We loved laying poolside and relaxing by the firepit. The owners were very responsive - we couldn't find the toaster the first day and they had a new one delivered to the house later that day. Very close to the beach, shops, and food, making it very convenient to grab anything we needed during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed Parlor Doughnuts, which was less than 3 minutes away. Those with small children should definitely check out the park right around the corner - huge playground and splash pad. Some things to note- the house is close to a busy street. I use a white noise machine and had no issues, but others in the house had a few disturbances during the night with the occasional loud vehicle. The upstairs is about 10 degrees warmer than the first floor. We found that dropping the AC about 2 hours before bedtime and keeping the fans on made it comfortable to sleep. All-in-all a great trip!

My family and I felt very comfortable staying at Nick’s place. It was clean, private and it is in a great location. Nick is a great host. He provided us with information about the area, things to do, etc. the house is just a short drive from Vilano Beach. We can’t wait to visit again. We will definitely recommend their house to our friends and family!

Fantastic house! We stayed here while attending an event at the Equestrian Center. We loved the extremely safe neighborhood (very walkable), it was a short drive to food, gas, etc., and it was an easy drive every morning to our event. The backyard was perfect for our dogs and toddler, with tall solid fences. The house itself had everything we needed, while being free of clutter -- we had plenty of space for the pack-and-play and dog kennels. We've stayed at many locations for this event, but this was our favorite!

The Ruby Gem on Yaricel listing was great l. I really enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed it so much I decided to extend my stay for a couple more days. Yaricel was a great host. She made everything about my stay comfortable, from accommodating my early checkin, to her helpful attentiveness, quick response time and her willingness to assist in helping me properly extend my stay when I was unsure of the process. Overall I had a 5 star stay and I highly recommend Yaricel's listing when looking for a quality place to stay while visiting Lakeland. I look forward to staying again.

Every detail was attended to right down to the fresh smell of the pillows!! She had snacks, water bottles and more importantly, ice! And it was not freezer burned, who knows how long it was there ice. Cute little coffee shop about a minute walk right behind the apartment. Convenient off street parking; quiet, safe & secure. Marilyn was very quick to respond to all communication from booking to good-bye. She was quite gracious letting me check in early. Her place is a short drive Treasure Island beach and even shorter to downtown St. Pete activities. Definitely highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

The apartment was very clean and like shown on the photos. Taylor was a great host, always commited to answer quickly and professional. We had a great stay for the two nights and can recommend the apartment!

An absolutely beautiful place to stay! Natalia was a lovely host and was very kind to me, helping me with my luggage and bringing an electric kettle and toaster oven for me. It’s just beautiful to go and sit down on their dock and watch the sunset. I will stay here next time I am in the Saint Augustine area.

The location was perfect, apartment was very clean and spotless . It’s was easy check in .Location was very closed to everywhere middle of Tampa .We enjoyed exploring the area .l can highly recommend to Edgar places .

Room is very clean, and is close to a park. The studio like room gives a lot of privacy. A private small courtyard is a nice add on.

Chris communicated from the time I booked until the very end. He also accomodated an early check in, very much appreciated!!! The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Butch was a very responsive host . He gave great recommendations and made sure to it that we had great instructions about check in check out , what he expected at the end of our stay etc.. The money we paid for the stay was very reasonable for beach front property. The beach was gorgeous , the ocean views from the condo couldn’t be better . There were outstanding restaurants and day trip activities to be had just about everywhere . We started with a dolphin and manatee kayak tour, rolling brunch and sunset cruise . The city is rich in history and we learned so much while there ! Butch has a fantastic property and knows how to keep his customers comfortable and wanting to return.

Really great spot. Todd gave clear detailed instructions on how to get into the gated community as well as the residence. Incredibly clean. Walking distance from food and the beach. Todd was very responsive for any questions we had, and the condo had everything possible we would need to be comfortable. Would stay again. Wish we stayed longer!

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. We had an amazing week at Rebecca's condo!! Everything was very clean with great amenities. She was extremely responsive if we had any questions. The location cannot be beat - pedestrian walkway with traffic light is directly across the streat. We very highly recomend and hope to return next year!
