Lägenheten motsvarade väl beskrivning och bilder. Den är personligt inredd och det bidrar till trivsel. Mycket värdefullt med den lilla balkongen. Vi kände oss välkomna. Bidragande orsak till det var blommor och en flaska vin samt framlagd information om området och kommunikationsmöjligheter. En lokal grönsaks- och fruktmarknad nära från lägenheten var verkligen en fantastisk upplevelse. Bra med matbutik alldeles i närheten. Masoud svarade snabbt på våra olika frågor både inför vistelsen och under tiden. Lägenheten ligger en bit från centrala delarna av Rom och det tog ca 30 min med spårvagnen men det gick bra med kommunikationer. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende!

Very friendly staff. We arrived in the late evening and they were waiting for us. Very easy to park the car and keep safety !

One of the best apartments I've ever stayed at! Giancarla clearly put a lot of thought and effort in decorating and furnishing it, and making sure you'll find everything you need. The location is practical: 15min walk from the train/metro station, and 5min from a tram line leading to the Colosseum and Trastevere. Also, plenty of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. The apartment is as in the pictures, and was perfectly clean. The bed is super comfy, and it comes with a proper feather/down duvet! As mentioned, all needed amenities are there, and more. One of the few places where I didn't have to think "why hasn't the owner provided [insert essential item here]" 😅 Plenty of bottled water, and even wine and some sweets as welcome gift! Giancarla was a very gracious and helpful host. Highly recommend!

En réalité mieux que sur les photos. Logement sécurisé. Ascenseur. Propre, spacieux, lumineux, avec machine à laver et étendoir à linge. Avec 3 enfants, vaut la peine d'être mi en avant !

Todo perfecto! Entorno tranquilo, bien comunicado con las zonas turísticas de Roma. Apartamento muy limpio, bien equipado y con detalles que te hacen sentir como en casa. La comunicación con Luca fue excelente, responde super-rápido y es muy amable. Si volvemos a Roma, repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Je voudrai dire un grand merci à Barbara pour sa gentillesse, sa délicatesse et toutes ses attentions. Son appartement est un havre de paix décoré avec raffinement ou l’on adore se retrouver après une journée de grande marche. Les fenêtres donnent sur un immense palmier qui nous rappelle les teintes de la Méditerranée et ses parfums si envoûtants. Si vous restez le dimanche vous assisterez au concert des cloches, quelle merveille. Un bonheur à l’état pur. Le quartier est magique plein de jolis restaurants et de commerçants… La Dolce vita.

Great location, clean and cozy apartment with all the essentials. The host was very accommodating and provided helpful tips for exploring Rome. Great local restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in the city!

Mapy is a very friendly host and made us very welcome from start to finish. Always available when we asked her a question. Her flat has everything you need for two people (except maybe a soap holder inside the shower;) , the bed is very comfortable , there was water in the fridge , the area is quiet and the outside space and terrace upstairs are a real bonus with lots of plants and decorations and deckchairs to relax+ table and chairs under shade to have breakfast or aperitivo:) The area is not very pretty but there are lovely private beaches , the flat is close to Cristoforo Colombo station (40 min into Rome) and Mapy’s place is a small piece of heaven!

Super Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und wohlhabend eingerichtet. Der Zustand war sauber und geräumig. Leider war die Lage nicht so zentral aber trotzdem in einer schönen Gegend. Haltestellen um ins Zentrum zu gelangen waren in der Nähe.

Stylish apartment, close to all the amenities. My flight was delayed and I arrived late at night but Luca was very accommodating. A great place to stay in Rome :)

Cozy, very clean apartment, in which we felt very comfortable. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Labaro train station, from there you can take the train to Piazza del Popolu in about 20 minutes, for us a perfect connection to downtown Rome. Adriana and her son Andrea are very friendly hosts. Gladly again!

Casa ben arredata e attrezzata, silenziosa, spazi comodi per 4 xon due camere oltrealla sala,, apprezzati i letti con materassi top qualità dopo una giornata a camminare tra Ville oa Roma, per un riposo rigenerante. Lo spazio fuori è un bello sfogo, d'estate all'ombra e fresco. C'è posteggio per l'auto lunga la strada, anche se molto trafficata. Qualche problema con l'acqua calda all'inizio ma risolto in fretta.

Miejsce idealne na bazę wypadową, blisko przystanek autobusowy skąd możesz udać się w parę minut do największych atrakcji. Mieszkanie przytulne, Pietro bardzo pomocny. serdecznie polecam!

Brilliant place and brilliant hosts!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommended, the house was clean, had clean towels for everyone, it felt like home. Also the house owner was so kind.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans l'appartement. L’accueil a été super, et l'appartement est vraiment grand, spacieux, très bien équipé, joli et agréable à vivre. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Si on a le sommeil sensible il faut savoir que le simple vitrage permet d'entendre les bruits de la rue (qui est peu passante) mais ça ne nous a pas du tout gêné ayant un excellent sommeil. Merci pour votre accueil!

The apartment was great and very well equipped, especially the kitchen and the two spacious balconies made the stay extra comfortable. I felt very much at home. Marco was a fantastic host who was always quick to respond. the apartment was fabulous smart TV which was very good for watching movies. The metro station is a quick 5 minute walk and only 4 stops from the Coliseum and 6 stops from Roma Terminni train station. I would definitely recommend.

Tommaso’s is pretty close to an ideal listing—in the neighborhood, distinctive, beautifully clean, tasteful, with basic amenities but none of the hallmarks of corporatized, industrial Airbnb rackets that have come to pervade this platform, nor the dingy, dreary listings of people who know nothing of hosting. Some highlights: spacious, peaceful, pressed linens, spotlessly clean, local, walkable, and the apartment’s location on a high floor means fewer mosquitos and more air circulation.
