L’appartamento è arredato benissimo, luminoso, vicino al centro e corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione fornita. Le due camere hanno la loro privacy, quindi è perfetto da condividere anche con un’altra coppia di amici o parenti.

Excellent accommodation. we were 7 middle aged men and were all very comfortable with beds each and lots of room to spare. apartment was nicely furnished and there was nothing we missed. towels and robes provided, and well furnished kitchen if we needed Adar was great and communicated with us prior to check in Only issue we had was the lift to the 5th floor stopped working a few times - not the accommodations fault but worth noting if a journey up the stairs is a definite no! we usually working again in less than 8hrs Banks and metro system were a 3 minute walk away, with bakeries and shops all very close by. a 15 minute walk into the old town was well within range would defintely book to stay their again

Adi is a very helpful host. Battery of key locker was off but he delivered keys within the quarter of the hour very efficiently. Good value for money for the flat, pleasant, clean and close to all facilities. We were with our two kids (11-12 of age) and they enjoyed the space as well (flat has 3 bedroom, not so common in Bucharest). Note that flat has double windows so no noise from street (and building is quiet) and they have air conditioning (very useful for hot weather of Bucharest). Thank you for a pleasant stay!

J’ai passé un excellent moment dans ce vaste appartement, conforme aux photos, pas de mauvaise surprise. Carina a été très patiente avec moi, et de très bons conseils. Elle parle un peu Français. C’était top !

Une très bonne adresse pour se loger. Une place de parking extérieure très appréciable, une jolie décoration et une literie confortable. Absence de volet mais présence de rideaux qui occultent peu et peuvent gêner ceux qui n'ont pas l'habitude d'être dans le noir. Tout le matériel nécessaire disponible et même une machine à laver. Une hôte flexible, accueillante et très réactive en cas de problème.

Comunicarea a fost buna, apartamentul ok. Cand am ajuns in baie era apa pe jos, a trebuit sa luam mopul sa o stergem. Amplasarea ne-a placut, dar calitatea nu a fost cea mai buna, insa pentru suma achitata a fost ok. Problema a fost ca am intrebat de la inceput daca pot emite factura fiscala, facand rezervarea pe persoana juridica si am fost asigurat ca voi primi. La final, dupa mai multe insistente am primit o asa-zisa factura, de pe persoana fizica care nu este inregistrata in SPV, respectiv e-factura. Drept urmare nu prea am ce face cu ea incat sa pot deduce cheltuiala. Daca calatoriti in scop de afaceri, nu recomand aceasta cazare din cauza acestui aspect.

Ne-am simțit foarte bine în apartamentul spațios, dotat cu tot ce am avut nevoie pentru un sejur confortabil. Fiind iarnă pe durata șederii noastre, am apreciat în mod deosebit căldura plăcută din apartament, care a contribuit la atmosfera primitoare. Vă mulțumim pentru găzduire!

I recently stayed at an apartment right in the heart of Cluj Old Town, and let me tell you, you step outside and you’re immediately surrounded by fantastic restaurants and pubs. The location is a food and drink lover’s paradise! The apartment itself is in a brand new building, and it lived up to its shiny, new description. They even had a Nespresso machine, but alas, no coffee pods. A bit of a bummer, but I survived—thankfully, everything else made up for it. I stayed at the top of the building, which felt a bit like living in an MC Escher drawing. The ceilings and walls have angles that might have been designed by a pretzel-loving architect—not exactly ideal for someone tall. Despite the quirky geometry, it was a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in a clean, modern apartment right in the middle of all the action in Cluj. Just maybe bring your own coffee pods!

Todo fue perfecto!!! El apartamento muy limpio y cuidado, buenísima localización muy cerca del centro. Costi fue muy amable, incluso nos permitió entrar unas horas antes para no andar cargados con el equipaje hasta la hora de entrada. Muy recomendable

Apartamentul este superb, mobilat si decorat cu bun gust, cu multa atentie la detalii, are toate facilitățile necesare unei sederi perfecte. Blocul este nou, linistit, cu parcare la indemana, aproape de diverse magazine. In centru ajungi foarte repede, aproximativ 8-9 minute. Am avut o sedere de 5 stele. Recomand cu tot dragul!

Everything was great

Great place - we had an absolutely wonderful stay. Used the sauna most days for 15 minutes in the morning: it has the perfect setup for 2 people. Same with the Jacuzzi, which is lovely. Pleasantly surprised by snacks and some wine and beer on arrival. Highly recommend for a couples getaway in Cluj.

Zona linistita intr-un residence modern. Locatia arata ca in descriere, iar privelistea este frumoasa. La 10 minute de centru cu taxi-ul/masina. Locul de parcare este sub balcon, pentru car guys e fix ce trebuie daca vrei sa-ti vezi masina. Apa in jacuzzi ar fi putut sa fie mai curata. Am gasit jacuzzi-ul cu capacul pus, dar in acelasi timp apa avea deja tigrii/musculite prin ea. Mi-a dat impresia ca apa nu a fost schimbata inainte sa ne cazam, dar poate ma insel eu. Dau 5 stele in ideea in care vreau sa mai vin in aceasta locatie si sa am o experienta si mai buna.

Very nice apartment right near the old town and walking distance from lots of nice restaurants, bars and nice things to see. Our host made sure to send us a very detailed description of how to get in the apartment, including pictures, and other things to do in the city. Was incredibly clean and had everything in there that we needed. Definitely recommend!

O locație excelenta, jacuzzi-ul si sauna au fost minunateee, super curat si spațios, clar o sa mai revin! ❤️

Appartement confortable et proche du centre ville. Quartier calme non loin du métro et d'un arrêt de bus. Facilité pour faire les courses (à 10mn), proche de toutes commodités.Rani est super réactif quant aux questions posées et ses explications pour trouver le logement étaient très claires. C'est un appartement que je recommande surtout si plusieurs personnes doivent s'y rendre

Дуже зручне розташування біля моря. Комплекс має додаткові басейни. Господар приємний в спілкуванні, іде на зустріч з приводу часу прибуття.
