The Ilkley Hideaway Luxury Apartment in Central Ilkley

The Ilkley Hideaway is a private apartment based in central Ilkley only a few hundred metres from shops, amenities and the wonderful moor. The hideaway has off road parking and a private patio. We converted The Ilkley Hideaway in 2017 and have been welcoming guests ever since. I (Georgina) work for the NHS and Tom is a secondary school teacher- we live directly above the Hideaway with our young children Millie (3) and Hattie (1). We have had some amazing people stay over the years for cycling, walking, weddings and meeting family and love being able to host people in beautiful Yorkshire. The apartment is self-contained with its own entrance and parking. The accommodation offers: lounge/kitchen/double bedroom and en-suite. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, full size fan oven, and a ceramic hob. There is a breakfast bar and a comfortable lounge with sofa and sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, and a DVD player. The apartment has its own patio area, perfect for a coffee before your morning walk or an evening glass of wine. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. We pride ourselves on detail at the Ilkley Hideaway, there are some lovely little touches to discover; all designed to make your stay extra special. Walkers and cyclists are all welcome and there is bike storage. Regret no smoking in the apartment. Regret no dogs. Sleeping -1 double with en-suite shower room. -Large Sofa bed in lounge Cooking and dining - Breakfast bar - Fully equipped kitchen Social area -Large flat screen TV in lounge -Lounge has sofa and sofabed -Wi-fi. -DVD player. Outside - Patio and outdoor furniture. - Parking for 1 car We live above the apartment- we like to meet all the guests and show them around, we are on hand if guests should need us- however once checked in we like to give our guests their privacy. Walk to everywhere in Ilkley from this central location, including cafes, pubs, bars, and independent shops. Stock up at a supermarket 300 metres away. Go on picturesque outings to the surrounding moorland, and hike further afield in the Dales.

OAK TREE FARM

Beautiful 6 bedroom barn conversion surrounded by fields and woods with garden, patio and glorious rural views and self-contained room and en suite above the garage. The house has a lovely handmade kitchen and dining area with separate dining room, complete with full size suit of armour and double-sided gas-controlled fireplace to cozy lounge/reading room. The playroom/tv room, with views over fields and woods has direct access to the patio. Possible for guests to hire a hot tub (Idle Hot Tubs).

On the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park in Historic Market Town of Skipton Light and airy house with very comfortable beds Great location for walkers/cyclists Very suited to host guests attending weddings etc.Taxis plentiful & reliable & inexpensive even after midnight Quiet residential area, so STRICTLY NO PARTIES Children’s playground 200 m away Host, if present, & to ensure privacy of guests, may reside in adjacent annexe which has shower & shared utility room and bike storage

A warm comfortable & homely escape

Secluded ex shop now fully residential has a basement apartment with full kitchen & facilities studio apartment separate bathroom via stairs Tv lounge double bed. Decked sitting area to rear overlooking river canal & ,,waterfall depending on the rain ,,ideal for walkers & Wildlife enthusiasts winter or summer. We are approximately 15 /20 mins walk to Hebden Bridge to the local co-op supermarket or there is a Lidl & Morrisons in the opposite direct towards Todmorden about 10 mins drive away.

Old Town Hall Cottage - 4 Star Gold Award winning

Old Town Hall Cottage is a picturesque early 17th century two bedroomed cosy country cottage. The cottage has many original features including original oak beams, open fireplace & mullioned windows. It is comfortably furnished and well equipped to accommodate 4 people. Fantastic location in the village of Old Town and yet only 1 mile from Hebden Bridge. The cottage is rated 4* by Visit Britain & we have consistently gained their Gold Award for our high standards of accommodation.

A superb little cottage in Carleton, in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, suitable for couples or small families, and those with an interest in walking. Situated on the outskirts of Skipton, this ideal little bolt hole is on a regular bus route; and is ideally close to stunning locations. Carleton, has several amenities such as a shop, pub and pharmacy. Special features include a log burner and exposed stone work. Includes all the mod cons such as wifi, freeview TV and a DVD player.

Self-catering holiday home, sleeps 8, situated in the Peak District National Park- stunning views from every room. An outdoor enthusiast's paradise with walks from the doorstep, cycling, climbing and swimming in the famous Hathersage lido. A spacious, comfortable, well equipped warm home - Ideal for family get togethers. We allow one well behaved dog ( sometimes two by arrangement). Booking calendar can be misleading. Ash House Cottage with hot tub

Ash House Cottage was restored in 2016 after serving as a farming family's home for over 75 years. Sat on greenbelt land adjoining both Baildon and Ilkley Moors, the cottage is set in 12 acres of private grazing land with scenic walks, local pubs and Baildon village on its doorstep. Large 4 Bed House in a Quiet Village with Hot Tub

A large detached four bedroom house. It is a new build with large Bi Fold doors to access the private south facing garden with large 7 seat Hot Tub. It has an open plan airy feel with large kitchen , utility room , 4 bedrooms with 2 en suites. It has a large drive and off street parking for up to 4 cars. The house is situated in a small village approx 15 mins by car from Leeds City Centre. PLEASE NOTE : There is an additional Charge of £300.00 for the Hot Tub per stay.

Gramps's - exquisite 2 bed home, comfy & cosy

Cosy 2 bedroom house with wood stove, breath taking views. Whether you want to relax or absorb the local area, go walking/Sight seeing, this is the perfect place. 3 miles from nearest village, 7 minute walk to nearest pub Everyone raves about the house; coziness and its location, step out of the door onto prime walking areas, mountain biking or general sight seeing. Magnificent countryside. Sorry no pets. The house is next door to our outdoor centre
