Just as listing shows. Only laundry service $100peso for wash&dry. Lovely view of sunrise and boat marina. Very quiet with units on all sides. Patio with jacuzzi tub was nice. There are golf carts, cars, and mopeds for rent for inside the area. Free dolphin shows everyday.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carlos condo. It was so clean and right next to the bus stop. We enjoyed hopping in the bus to go to various locations for fun. The beach was beautiful and the pools and hot tubs were fantastic!!!

We enjoyed our stay, we would’ve preferred to stay in Unit 1516, but was glad to stay in the smaller unit for the last night. We appreciate Jorge willing to accommodate us so well.

This is great place with very good location and very useful amenities. Ana Paula was a great host providing local recommendations and being very responsive. Martha the housekeeper was also very friendly and willing to help from getting a cab or providing recommendations in Cozumel. I stayed with my family including one child and would stay again during my return to Cozumel.

Desde un inicio las descripciones fueron exactas, para llegar fue muy fácil y el lugar es muy bonito, limpio y muy cerca al muelle y malecón. La atención de la anfitriona fue siempre muy accesible, atenta y amable. El lugar esta muy bonito y tiene fácil acceso a transporte publico, muelle y malecón. Nos encanto!!!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was great—clean and a little bigger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The location was great too, and renting the bike made it easy to get around—about a 10-minute ride to the downtown square. Sarah, the host, was really helpful and gave a bunch of good food and activity recs, which made the trip smoother. Overall, it just felt like a good setup—comfortable and easy. Definitely would recommend

Oscar was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. They went above and beyond to give us the best experience and even sent pre travel tips and recs before even arriving. Plus, the home was gorgeous and very clean. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Pedro. Le condo est confortable et situé au sein d'un complexe sécurisé et calme. La piscine est seulement à quelques pas de l'appartement. L'atout majeur de cette location est le service de chauffeur. Andrès a été très accueillant et attentionné pendant tout le séjour, et a su nous apporter des conseils avisés sur les endroits à visiter et les activités à faire. La communication (avant et pendant le séjour) avec Pedro est fluide et facile. Nous recommandons également les services de Patricia pour le trajet depuis l'aéroport.

En general fue muy agradable y tenía todo a la mano. La zona era muy tranquila y estaba todo cerca. Si regreso a Pto Morelos, serán nuestra primera opción. Eduardo respondía de inmediato a todas mis dudas

Felt very safe and secure. The onsite staff were friendly and helpful. They do a great job of keeping everything clean. Overall, the Security Staff at the gate as well the Staff that were walking around made us feel even more comfortable going for a walk and using the amenities. Would definitely book again and recommend it!

Buen lugar para hospedarse, muy tranquila la zona, muy céntrico, hay un estadio de béisbol, una plaza con restaurante. Es buen lugar y agradezco la estancia 🙂

El departamento es cómodo, queda como a 10 minutos caminando al servicio de transporte público que te lleva a la zona hotelera. Es tal cual se muestra en las fotos y tiene aire acondicionado. Es un barrio tranquilo y seguro

Pocos lugares te hacen sentir como en casa como este Airbnb. Los dueños super amables y atentos, estuvieron en todos los detalles. Definitivamente volvería, muy recomendable.
