We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Wir würden direkt mit einem kleinen Geschenkkörbchen empfangen. Es war sauber, gab alles was beschrieben war und noch mehr (Spielmöglichkeiten für meinen Sohn) alles zum Wäache waschen, etc. Wir waren an verschiedenen Zielen wie Florenz, Pisa, etc. und das Ferienhaus war ein guter Ausgangspunkt! :) Bei Fragen oder generell haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Das Haus empfehle ich von ganzem Herzen und würde auch nochmal zum Urlaub hin fahren :))

Wir hatten wundere 12 Tage in Monsummano. Das Haus liegt optimal um die Toscana zu erkunden. Die Lage ist eifach top! Zu Fuss erreicht man gute Restaurants, Eisdielen und Cafés. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen und Kommunikation mit Daniele war spitzenmässig!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! 👌😀👍

What can you say about Giovanni and Il Colle that hasn’t already been said? You arrive, he greets you. He shows you the property, he shows you the products that come from his labors. He offers you the opportunity to enjoy them and he explains where they come from and how they compliment a lifestyle that is truly unique. He takes you to your room and shows you all of the features of the place. He is ever present and will be there for help, guidance on restaurants, directions, or general conversation. This place is in his blood and it is clearly evident. 5 stars isn’t enough. Use Il Colle as your hub and explore Florence, San Gimignano, Siena and the surrounding areas, but come back home to this place for solitude and an escape from the crowds. Do not book less for than 3 nights. I did (1 night - ugh). We are now in our next place, and we are even more bummed we’re not there. Giovanni is one of a kind. You will not regret it. Grazie Mille!

We spent a week at Il Vichiaccio and I already miss the house. The house was perfect for a family of 5 adults. We felt immediately at home, had all what we needed. The location and views are awsom, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Plenty of great wineries and restaurants in the ares. Beatrice is a great host, answered every question we had, gave us recommendations and even helped us when our daughter didn't feel well. We strongly recommend!

L'élégance et le confort de ce bel appartement, sa proximité avec le centre de Florence, la gentillesse de Luciano ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour dans cette ville fabuleuse. Un seul regret: être partis trop tôt!

Fermatevi qui per qualche giorno di pace e armonia e lasciatevi affascinare dalle storie di questi luoghi raccontate da Marco e Alessandro, persone accoglienti e gentili. Il loro entusiasmo per il borgo e i sentieri che lo circondano è contagioso. Condividete le serate gustando un buon bicchiere di vino, rinfrescatevi al ruscello sotto casa e esplorate i sentieri intorno alla casa immersa nel bosco. La casetta è provvista di tutto il necessario: il letto è comodissimo e l'acqua in casa proviene direttamente dal ruscello di montagna, limpida e genuina. Vi consiglio di portare qualche vivero, poiché non ci sono negozi nei dintorni se non a diversi chilometri di distanza. Qui troverete tranquillità assoluta, aria fresca e storie antiche. Tolles Anwesen etwas oberhalb von Quarrata. Im Haus wäre gut für 7 Personen Platz . Der Pool ist sehr angenehm - das Wasser immer erfrischend. Moreno kümmert sich täglich um die Reinigung des Pools. Quarrata ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die umliegende Toskana zu erkunden zb Florenz - die Stadt ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft, die mehr als fünf Sterne verdient hätte. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Maria Chiara hat uns zur verabredeten Zeit herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns die Räume in der stimmungsvollen und gemütlichen toskanischen Villa gezeigt und jede Frage um unseren Aufenthalt kompetent beantwortet. Die Villa ist im Grünen gelegen, in schöner Landschaft, aber nur einen Katzensprung von Florenz entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, gemütlich, gepflegt und hat eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick über Wald, Hügel und Wiesen. Im Erdgeschoss darunter ist eine Osteria mit sehr freundlicher, gemütlicher Atmosphäre und hervorragender toskanischer Küche. Dank an Maria Chiara und auch an das Team der Osteria für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

We picked this place to spend our Christmas and new year weeks with my 3 teenagers. Aleasandra and Tom made us feel like home. The place is beautiful, super comfortable (5 of us and had enough space to be very comfortable) and the surroundings are just breathtaking. The photos don’t make justice to the place, you feel in the middle of a movie or fairy tale. Alessandra and Tom were always always responsive, anticipating our needs and making the stay unforgettable. I would definitely return, and recommend anyone reading this to not hesitate and book this place. The bedrooms are big and comfortable, the bathrooms and the kitchen fully equipped with brand new appliances and more than enough to cook a grand feast! One of a kind and a jewel no doubt!

Edoardo è stato molto gentile e l'appartamento è perfetto, pulito e ordinato, molto comodo. È immerso nel verde in una zona molto bella. L'unico consiglio è quello di lasciare una bottiglia di acqua per gli ospiti, che non c'era, ma a parte questo è stato tutto perfetto. Ringrazio molto Edoardo e consiglio a tutti l'appartamento

Clean and well maintained, the apartment combines antique furniture and modern amenities. Everything is in excellent condition, allowing you to experience the life of native Italians. Perfect for both long-term stays and short visits. Upon arrival, there was a slight confusion in the instructions for check-in, but the person responsible for the apartment responded quickly and we resolved all issues despite the late hour of arrival. I highly recommend this apartment, it will definitely brighten up your trip to Italy.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Der Garten ist fantastisch und es gibt bequeme Liegen an verschiedenen Orten auf dem Grundstück. Man muss jedoch wissen, dass es sich um eine Art Kellerwohnung handelt - das kann man auf den Fotos aber eigentlich auch erkennen. Hatten beide Wohnungen von Elena gemietet, da ein Großelternteil dabei war und waren super zufrieden, da beide Wohnungen sehr nah beieinander sind.

Vincenzos und Dilias Appartmentanlage ist abgelegen und lädt zum relaxen ein. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist zwar beim ersten Mal aufregend, man gewöhnt sich aber dran. Die Lage ist perfekt, um prato, Pistoia und Florenz zu erkunden. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter

L’environnement et la vue sont superbes, les extérieurs sont magnifiquement entretenus, l’endroit est parfaitement calme avec une vue et des paysage à couper le souffle. L’appartement est très confortable dans un style ancien rustique, de très haute qualité avec des meubles et des décorations de grande classe. Les lits sont très confortables. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et la communication était facile. Pour accéder à ce superbe endroit, il vous faudra parcourir les deux derniers kilomètres, en cinq à six minutes, sur des routes étroites qui montent et qui nécessitent de la prudence. La maison est sur trois niveaux avec la cuisine au rez de chaussée et une belle terrasse privative au 1er étage qui bénéficie d’une vue superbe sur les monts toscans et sur la piscine en contrebas. La maison est très spacieuse.

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir haben den großen, gepflegten Garten mit Ausblick und den Pool genossen, sowie die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, den Grill und den Pizzasteinofen im Garten. Das Haus ist groß, komfortabel und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Es ist nah an Florenz und anderen sehenswerten Städten. Die Kommunikation, der Check-in und - out verliefen unkompliziert, freundlich und reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Actually the place does NOT look like the pictures. It is much, much prettier and more impressive than the photos! The home had everything that we needed and was a very comfortable place to stay. It is private and quiet. Even though the weather in December is cool, there were great places to walk around the villa. It was very fortunate we were able to attend Mass at the church in the village on Christmas Eve since it is rarely celebrated there now. The drive up to the villa is challenging, so be aware. It was not a problem, but if you are older or uncomfortable on narrow winding road, it is something to consider. Also, with the cool weather, please note that heating gas is an extra charge. That is only fair as people have different standards for inside temperature and I understand propane is expensive in rural Italy. Cris was amazing -- always friendly and responsive. I wish I was likely to return, but there is a whole world to see. Highly recommended to my family and friends.

Alberto et son fils son super gentil et au petit soins . Nous avons adoré le logement ( il est encore mieux que sur les photos) . La piscine est grandiose. Nous avons passé une semaine avec notre fils de 15 mois et tout était très bien adapté a un bébé . Nous recommandons ce logement et nous reviendrons certainement

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der wunderschönen Villa, inmitten der Natur der Toskana. Gemma hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und über die Besonderheiten, des historischen Hauses informiert. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine stehen zur Verfügung. In der Küche gibt es genügend Utensilien um vernünftig zu kochen. Es gibt 4 Badezimmer, davon 2 mit duschen. Nicht luxuriös, aber hygienisch. Die Zimmer sind groß, generell ist das Haus sehr geräumig. Die Betten könnten erneuert werden, sind aber auch nicht schlecht. Mückennetze wären klasse, damit man in der besonders heißen Saison abends besser lüften kann. Der Pool ist gepflegt und bietet die perfekte Abkühlung. Die Aufenthaltsräume sind groß. Billardtisch und Pool haben uns viel Freude bereitet. Umgebung: Florenz, Sienna und Bologna sind mit dem Auto gut für einen Tagestrip erreichbar. Schöne, anspruchsvolle Wanderrouten sind in der Nähe. Die Bahia Bar ist einen Besuch Wert. Die Zeit verging schnell. Danke für die schöne Zeit!
