Wir verbrachten zu zweit 4 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft! Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, so dass wir den unglaublich schönen und großen Pool nicht wirklich nutzen konnten. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, der Blick ins Tal fantastisch! Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Im Ort gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Wir sind aufgrund des Regens mit dem Auto in den Ort gefahren, ansonsten wären wir die 30 Minuten sicherlich auch zu Fuß gegangen. wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten! We had a fantastic stay at the farmhouse which exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for our stay with two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent and was most welcome during our stay in August. The pool is just amazing and it's close location to the house was ideal. Clotilde was very welcoming, very responsive and helpful. Clotilde offered us an opportunity to visit the vineyard and wine cellars and we were able to sample the wine produced there - this was a fantastic opportunity! There is a bank, bread shop and restaurant within a 10 minute walk and the supermarket is only 10 minutes drive away. We were only 20 minutes drive from Lucca and took the opportunity to catch a train to Pisa which worked well. I would fully recommend visiting and I hope we will be back again soon,

La casa è molto grande e bella. Eravamo due famiglie (9 persone) e per noi la sistemazione è stata perfetta. Super attrezzata, non mancava nulla. La piscina è stata molto apprezzata anche se si affacciava sulla strada e si sentiva il rumore del passaggio dei veicoli, ma questo non ci ha creato nessun disagio. Nelle foto manca un gazebo che ci ha permesso di vivere meglio l’area esterna. I vicini sono stati fin da subito molto cortesi e disponibili, e ci hanno fatto conoscere il loro simpaticissimo cane con cui abbiamo giocato volentieri. Giuseppina ha sempre risposto in breve tempo a tutte le nostre domande e ha fornito anche una sorta di libricino con alcune attività consigliate da svolgere in zona. Ci torneremmo molto volentieri!

What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James

This may just be the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. We were there several nights, and you just don’t get over that view. It’s a good 40m drive to Florence, but the nearby cities are also happening. Lots to discover, and the distance from Florence is so worth it. Tons of space, private kitchen, access to the whole property which is massive. The host family lives on this multi-generational land which you have a unit above a house all to yourself. Beyond impressed with this one, the family is so kind and receptive. 12/10, wow.

The house is lovely, very private and has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail. We especially loved the outside area (although we were a little unlucky with the weather in mid-September and couldn't use it much). The upstairs bedrooms are very spacious and airy with gorgeous views from the balconies, bathrooms are nice and clean and the downstairs kitchen is well equipped and cozy (also comes with a pantry which is super helpful for storage). Some basic food supplies were also provided. The downstairs living room area was overall a little darker than we expected because the windows aren't that large, but I would reckon that keeps the house nice and cool on hot summer days. Valentina was a perfect host - super quick to reply, very helpful and always keen to solve any problems that arose. Would definitely recommend staying here! 🩷

We stayed here with our dog for a whole week and I can say that we felt like home. The house is very comfortable and cozy. It has a very nice front yard which we could enjoy during the sunny days. The surrounding is beautiful. Eva was very kind and recommended places for pizza and gelato. We really appreciated her attention. I highly recommend this place and will be back for sure in the future.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce qui est sans doute le meilleur Airbnb que nous avons fait. Le logement est exactement conforme aux photos, l’emplacement est top pour visiter des villes comme Florence, Pise, Sienne, Lucques… Les enfants se sont bien amusés dans le jardin et ont adoré rendre visite aux poules et aux poussins. Daniele et Monica sont des hôtes simples, chaleureux et d’une bienveillance rare. Nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour eux. Leur générosité nous a profondément touchés. Je recommande ce lieu à tout le monde, vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous.

E' stata una bellissima esperienza, ideale per chi si vuole godere un po' di tempo immerso nel verde, nella tranquillità e lontano dalla città. L'appartamento ha tutti i comfort ... il nostro cagnolone ha apprezzato molto lo spazio verde della casa. Essendo immerso nel verde è ideale per chi vuole fare delle passeggiate. Consigliamo la struttura !

We absolutely LOVED our stay here with Tessa and her mum. They were so kind, helping us navigate some travel difficulties we had prior to arriving, and helpful when we were there as well. Their kindness, To dry our wet clothes prior to leaving in the morning was extremely appreciated. The accommodations actually exceeded my expectations! Our apartment was huge and had so many things to make us feel right at home. I loved being tucked away from the Hussle and bussle to enjoy our time and evenings in Tuscany!

Mark, è stato molto gentile, nel farmi trovare un piccolo aperitivo al mio arrivo, che mi sono goduto. L'appartamento l'ho trovato molto curato, dal soggiorno, alla cucina e la camera da letto. È stata una sperienza dormire nella torretta.

If you, like us, live in the city and dream of escaping to peace and beauty — this place is perfect. A house in the Tuscan countryside near Vinci became a real gem for us. The view of the soft green hills is pure magic. Mornings with coffee and that view are unforgettable. The house is spacious, secluded, and very comfortable, with a lovingly preserved historical charm. You truly feel a connection to the past, as if living a different life — it’s wonderful. We stayed in early April — it was warm and cozy inside, heating worked great. Special thanks to Benedetta and Antonella: they had essentials ready for us, which was so thoughtful after a long trip. Their care and hospitality are felt in every detail. A perfect place to relax, find inspiration, and feel truly at peace. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

Montecarlo is one of the most beautiful places I have visited. And where we stayed was beautiful, steeped in history and views across the town. We were greeted with a smile and welcomed with local olive oil and wine which was lovely. The restaurants are great, our favourite was Ca Sandra just by the apartment. Beautiful food and lovely staff. Montecarlo is a place to relax and enjoy Italy.

Benedetta was the perfect host! The location was perfect for us with a small park to exercise our dog and a fenced garden. There is a pastercceria a stone's throw which did excellent coffee too. We also made use of the local butcher who had some very appetising produce.

Notre séjour chez Nicoletta s'est très bien passé! La maison est splendide, située dans un domaine merveilleux avec une vue à couper le souffle, et d'une taille gigantesque ce qui était parfait pour un grand groupe comme le notre. Nicoletta a été une hôte très à l'écoute, et a su répondre a nos demandes parfaitement bien. Deux points d'amélioration: La piscine n'était pas propre, et malgré nos demandes de nettoyage, elle est restée sale tout le long du séjour. Certains pommeaux de douche un peu vétustes au dernier étage mériteraient d'être changés, car cela n'était pas agréable parfois de se doucher. Sinon tout le reste était très bien. Merci beaucoup!

We had a fantastic week at Chiara & Cristiana’s house. It was a spacious and clean house, which was very well equipped. We loved the big kitchen table for family meals and our children had fun on the piano! The gardens were great. We enjoyed swimming in the beautiful big pool and playing ping pong! Chiara was always very helpful. Her parents were lovely too. Her dad gave us some delicious big home grown tomatoes! There was a nice pizzeria near by & a supermarket 10 minutes away. Thank you for a fabulous holiday!

Silvia’s place far exceeded our expectations. Everything looks just like the listing, only better. The setting is stunning. Silvia has multiple outdoor areas set up for dining and just looking at the view. The villa is spotless and fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. The bed was very comfortable. There are two entrances into the villa so you do not have to carry your suitcases up any stairs. We even adjusted our itinerary to spend more time around the villa. Silvia and Giuliano were the perfect hosts; friendly, warm and made us feel more like family than guests. We cannot wait to return.

We verbleven in deze prachtige Toscaanse villa, volledig in authentieke Italiaanse stijl. Het huis ligt op een schitterende locatie met uitzicht over Montecatini – ’s avonds een zee van lichtjes! Door oponthoud onderweg kwamen we pas om 23.00 uur aan, maar dat was voor Cristina geen enkel probleem. Ze wachtte ons vriendelijk op en nam ruim de tijd om ons alles te laten zien. Cristina is een uitstekende gastvrouw en de communicatie verliep vlot en prettig in het Engels. De villa is erg privé, met een groot afgesloten terrein en een hek rondom. Parkeren kan gewoon op eigen terrein. Een kleine tip voor toekomstige gasten: volg niet blindelings je routeplanner. Die stuurt je via een smal kronkelpad waar je nauwelijks met één auto overheen kan. Neem bij voorkeur de route via de andere kant. Het zwembad is ’s avonds sfeervol verlicht en de omgeving biedt tal van mooie uitstapjes naar stadjes als Lucca, Florence, Pistoia en Siena. We komen graag nog eens terug!

A beautiful home with a fantastic pool. We very much enjoyed our stay. The facilities were excellent, including the spa area. The decor is slightly dated but gives the sense of a home much loved in the past. We certainly loved it.

La casa è in un paese arroccato (non di passaggio) in una valle boscosa in mezzo ai monti, la vista è stupenda, il posto è fresco e arieggiato rispetto al fondovalle, silenzioso e l’atmosfera è familiare. In casa ci sono tutte le dotazioni per cucinare. La piscina è piccola ma è un must! Ci siamo stati 4 notti, eravamo in 5 e non ci è mancato nulla. La padrona di casa sebbene fosse dall’altra parte del mondo è sempre stata disponibile. Se posso il prossimo anno ci torno! ah dimenticavo: nel paese si cammina per forza quindi andateci allenati
