Emanuele è un ragazzo che ci ha accolto in modo molto gentile e cortese. Si è dimostrato pronto a darci ogni consiglio utile per farci apprezzare al meglio il territorio. Casa molto bella e posizionata un po’ fuori dal centro ma con parcheggio a disposizione per gli ospiti. Pulizia impeccabile. Grazie Emanuele, sicuramente torneremo!!!!

La vue du logement est vraiment magnifique. Les photos ne rendent pas bien à quel point l’emplacement est parfait. Le petit balcon a été notre endroit préféré pour manger et profiter de la vue de la mer, beaucoup plus proche que nous croyons. Le logement est beau, propre, toute les commodités voulu. L’hôte nous a également laissé un petit cadeau de bienvenue. Nous avons apprécié les indications pour se rendre a pieds vers la plage: un petit passage privé pour descendre vers le village! Nous étions très près de la gare, café et restaurants. L’endroit est idéal pour la tranquillité et visiter les Cinque Terre très achalandées. Il y a un beau petit marché dans le village mais nous sommes également allé à Levanto ( village juste à côté, facile d’accès en train) pour trouver un peu plus de variété. L’idéal dans cette région est le train. Nous avons vraiment aimé le calme et l’authenticité de Bonassola. Nous espérons vraiment y revenir pour un séjour plus long. Un coup de cœur!

Lisa is a lovely and helpful person and always replied immediately if there were any questions. Thank you very much! The place was calm and clean, a little bit dark, everything needed was just a few meters away (bus stop, supermarket, the trail along the coast side).

Logement à proximité des commerces, restaurants et surtout de la gare. La proximité de la gare fait que l on entend beaucoup les trains mais on finit par s y habituer. Notre hôte a été très réactive quand nous avons eu des questions et surtout nous a donné des instructions très détaillées pour l arrivée , le départ, les horaires des bus, les restaurants. Hôte très disponible.

Logement très agréable, lumineux, traversant, bien exposé, très propre, lit très confortable. Cuisine bien équipée, rangement nombreux, équipement d'extérieur à disposition. Place de parking réservée en contrebas à proximité. Convient parfaitement à un couple.

Francesca è stata una Host impeccabile, sempre disponibile e solare, ci ha dato ottimi consigli circa i percorsi da seguire nei trekking e fornendoci cartine geografiche e orari dei treni. L’appartamento è molto pulito e spazioso, situato in pieno centro ma al tempo stesso isolato in maniera tale da tutelare la propria privacy. Ben fornito, con bagno nuovo e cucina funzionale. Per quanto riguarda le scale… ripide ma fa parte dell’esperienza!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben erst spät eine Anfrage geschickt, ob wir dort übernachten können. Uns wurde innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet und es war kein Problem so kurzfristig bei Federico und Eleonora zu übernachten. Wir wurden ganz freundlich in Empfang genommen und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und herzlich eingerichtet. Zum Frühstück wurden Croissants mit hausgemachter Marmelade zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank :)

Une super expérience grâce à Paolo et Valeria ! D'abord des instructions claires, ensuite un logement impeccable et spacieux (nous sommes arrivés après une grosse journée de voyage et étions très content de notre arrivé "comme à la maison"). Puis, de supers conseils !! Paolo et Valeria nous ont conseillé sur les activités et lieux à visiter autour de la Spezia, ce qui a grandement amélioré notre expérience. Ils sont également très chaleureux et sympathique !

Era tanto che volevo vedere il Golfo dei poeti, e ho deciso di farlo fuori stagione. Elena è stata splendida, una delle Host migliori che abbia mai trovato. Mi ha fornito tantissime indicazioni, precisa, veloce nelle risposte e super cordiale. E poi che dire della sua casa, un gioiello vista mare, immerso nel verde delle colline sopra al magico Golfo, in un simpaticissimo paesino di nome Solaro, servito da un bus navetta che fa in continuazione il giro portandoti "giù al mare" e riportandi su al paesello. Una comodità unica. La casa, che ho trovato pulitissima, dispone di ogni cosa, frigo, lavatrice, macchina del caffè, biancheria, aria condizionata, tutto, meglio che a casa mia :-) . La casa ha un giardino bellissimo, con una griglia, lettini prendi sole. Dalla casa, a piedi si può raggiungere un alimentari/ristorante e un bar tabacchi. Veramente complimenti Elena per tutto! Posto super consigliato. Io tornerò senza altro questa estate, e mi fermerò di più. Grazie

Marco ist ein super Gastgeber (sehr nett und fürsorglich, antwortet sehr schnell und kümmert sich sofort). Die Unterkunft ist "neu" und modern, umgeben von einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Wir waren hier 10 Tage, um mit unseren Vespas die "5 Terre" zu erkunden. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Von Levanto bis PortoVenere ist alles nur ein Katzensprung (20-45 min.) und die Fahrt dorthin ein Erlebnis. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Robertos apartment is a great place to stay in La Spezia. We really loved our 10 days in this "eagle nest" on the 4th floor above Piazzetta del Bastione. The terrace is huge, with great views of the city, the mountains and the lively mingling on the streets and piazetta below. The apartment is beautiful and it is much larger and brighter than we expected from the photos. The location is perfect, with shops and restaurants just outside the door and the train station within an easy 15 min walk away. What's not to like.

Une petite pépite à ne pas rater! L'appartement est très agréable à vivre : non seulement il a beaucoup de charme, car rénové avec goût mais en plus il est très bien aménagé. La literie est très confortable, la cuisine bien équipée, et c'est d'une propreté irréprochable. La situation est idéale : vous êtes au calme, l'extérieur est lui aussi très agréable à vivre et restaurants délicieux et super commerces à proximité! En plus, il est idéal pour visiter les cinque terre car à 20 minutes en voiture de la gare de La Spezia! Mais c'est surtout l'accueil qui vous sera réservé qui vous laissera certainement le meilleur souvenir de votre séjour : Giacomo et sa famille sont d'une gentillesse incomparable! En plus, Giacomo sera d'excellent conseil et est extrêmement réactif aux questions que vous pourriez avoir! Nous espérons revenir!

La casa è un bijoux ! C’è tutto il necessario per stare comodi come a casa propria. Il giardinetto privato è un tesoro e in estate è sicuramente un angolo prezioso per gli ospiti. L’host è stata molto premurosa, gentile, presente e disponibile fin da subito e questo è quello che si apprezza di più quando si alloggia fuori casa. Davvero piacevole, grazie!

Debby was a warm and responsive host. She sent clear instructions for self check-in and parking, which made our arrival very smooth. Having a private parking spot was a big plus—especially after struggling with parking in Bologna. The fee is fair and worth it. The unit is attached to the host's home, clean, nicely equipped, and comfortable. The mattress was a bit soft for us, but we still slept well during our two-night stay. The garden shown in the photos is shared with the host and another guest unit, which we didn't fully realize at first—but it didn't affect our stay at all. The location is convenient if you're exploring Cinque Terre by train and arriving with a car. The walk to and from the train station is a bit long, and at night it can feel less comfortable—something to keep in mind. Debby was kind and thoughtful—she even left us a bottle of wine and helpful local tips. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad met ons zoontje van 10 maanden. Alles wat we maar nodig hadden was aanwezig in het appartement. Verder was het uitzicht super mooi, je zit op een hele rustige plek. Christina en haar familie woont er ook, maar je hebt genoeg privacy! Weg ernaar toe onverhard de laatste 200 meter, wat vooral een uitdaging is voor je auto maar dit ging ook prima. Hele fijne rustige plek om cinque terre, Portovenere, lerici etc. Te bezoeken! Top vakantie gehad! Communicatie met Christina heel goed, ze antwoordt binnen korte tijd en helpt je bij vragen.

Alloggio confortevole, pulito e curato. Situato in pieno centro, spazi luminosi e arieggiati. L’appartamento è molto grazioso e accogliente, dotato di tutti gli utensili nonché aria condizionata. Gli host sono stati di estrema gentilezza, pronti a dare consigli su ristoranti e parcheggi, veramente molto disponibili.

Logement bien agencé et très propre. proche de la plage et du centre de Levanto et à 10 minutes de la gare. Pour nous c'était parfait, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Alfredo e sua moglie sono stati gentilissimi ed adorevoli. Ci hanno accolto a braccia aperte offrendoci tantissimo e molto affetto. Ci tengono alla loro casa e fanno sentire i loro ospiti come parte della famiglia. L'alloggio è molto bello, genuino, ben organizzato e con tutte le comodità. Stupende le travi a vista, la cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici, l'autenticità dell'appartamento, il bagno nuovo. Le viste sono stupende e dal parcheggio si può persino ammirare qualche croissant di mare che fa sognare. Ci si sente veramente a casa e ci sarebbe piaciuto avere ancora più tempo da passare. I proprietari sono sempre stati attenti alle nostre necessità e presenti per le eventuali necessità. I luoghi attorno sono fantastici e tutti a massimo 30 minuti dall'alloggio. Siamo veramenti stati felicissimi di essere gli ospiti della famiglia di Alfredo.

We had a wonderful time in Sarzana which is a hidden Gem in my opinion. The appartment exceeded our expectations and is close to a choice of restaurants, cafes and shops. Gianmarco was great to deal with and I would highly recommend the appartment and would return without hesitation. The small balcony was great in an exceptional apparment.

Tolle Lage in den Rebbergen mit schöner Aussicht. Auto empfehlenswert (nicht so grosses, Strassen sind eng und Parkplatz kurz, sonst am Strassenrand parken möglich). Steiler aber schöner Fussweg nach Vernazza (350 Höhenmeter in ca. 50 min. runter) oder Bushaltestelle in Unterkunftsnähe. Vernazza ist bezaubernd, ab da Zug oder Boot in die anderen Dörfer. Schmaler, teilweise etwas unebener Weg zur Unterkunft, keine grossen schweren Gepäckstücke empfehlenswert. Genaue Angaben für Check-in mit Fotos und Video erhalten. Gemütliche Atmosphäre und alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Sehr rasche Antwort von Vermieter:in. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die 5Terre.
