This 1st floor apartment is situated in the quiet neighborhood "Pera de Baixo" and accessible through a separate entrance. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Costa da Caparica within 5 minutes and the center of Lisbon within 20. The apartment is fully equipped, has fast WIFI and an active Netflix account. It has 2 double beds which off one can be separated into 2 single beds as well as a crib for the baby.

Enjoy all the fun of Rua das Flores - the charming pedestrian zone in the heart of Porto's UNESCO world heritage site. Right outside your balcony are wine bars, cafes, restaurants and cute shops. O apartamento foi remodelado em 2022, e como pode ver no mapa, fica situado no centro da vila numa zona sossegada, a +-200 metros da praia, muito perto do mercado, supermercado e perto dos parques de estacionamento... Fica muito perto da paragem de autocarros e de transporte público. Você vai adorar o meu espaço por estar situado numa zona sossegada mas perto de tudo o que necessita para umas boas férias. Meu espaço é o ideal para um casal, casal com uma criança ou uma só pessoa.

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.
