Light Filled Apartment with Terrace in the Heart of the City

Imagine a comfortable, bright and modern apartment, with a large patio, in the heart of the city! From here it is possible to walk to the main attractions of the city. It has all the conditions for a great stay in Porto. The space is very well organized and fully equipped so you don't miss anything. It was decorated and equipped with great dedication, always thinking about the well-being and comfort of the guests. Our goal is to make you feel like you are at home and take with you great memories of a pleasant experience! This apartment is located in Picaria, in the heart of the city. In the top of everything, you even have a great terrace! It has 1 cozy bedroom and 1 big sofa bed, perfect for up to 4 people. Families are also welcome to our space. Everything was made with love, so you can feel at home. So, kitchen is fully equiped, you will have towels, sheets, shampoo and shower gel. It has all the amenities that a house should have, you just need to enjoy! ;) The apartment is just for you as well as the terrace. The area is full of life, with restaurants, bars, shops, where you can feel the good energy of the city. Despite being a lively area, the apartment is quiet, as it does not face the street. By Metro: To Trindade (35 min from the airport) By Taxi: 10-15 min from the airport The terrace is really a must in this area. Imagine after a day of exploring the city, and have a great outdoor area to chill out. You also have lots of restaurants, stores, and the historic centre at your feet!

The apartment (Penthouse) has a vertical garden terrace, a bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.0 meter double bed, wardrobes and a safe. A living room with sofa, 4K TV, cable channels and Netflix, Rotel bluetooth sound system and mini bar with free drinks available for guests. Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. Full bathroom including bidet and shower, hairdryer and amenities (shower gel, shampoo and body cream), iron and ironing board.

Porto Downtown Penthouse w/ private terrace

This charming suite is on the 3rd floor of our 400sqm private house with plenty of soul, tradition, and history. The house was originally built in 1896 and keeps the main structure since 1936. More than an accommodation our guests book an experience in a particularly unique, personal, and authentic way. We are a family of cultural mixes and we love the concept of sharing, receiving, and taking care of our guests as new friends. We’re located in the Art District, close to the historical center.

Victoria Luxury Apartment, Historic House Downtown

The Victoria is located in the heart of Porto, in Rua do Ferraz, perfect for adventures in the city and to create lovely memories. Music is the motto for Victoria House, the woman who names the graphonola you can find here. Close to some of the city's most emblematic buildings, such as S. Bento station. The location is very central, you are near to Rua das Flores, one of the most famous street where you can enjoy many great restaurants, visit shops, and enjoy the landmarks of the city.<br><br>

Santa Catarina Cosmopolitan Downtown, 1st floor

Located on the first floor, this apartment for up to four guests features air conditioning, a washer-dryer combo, a meditation room/mini gym, and a front-faced balcony. The lower-floor bedroom opens to the living room via a pocket door, while the upstairs suite has a private balcony. Near Rua de Santa Catarina and Bolhão Market. For guests traveling with little ones, a baby pack is available on request (€25) and includes a cot with linen, high chair, bathtub, baby amenities, and a baby towel.

The Alves da Veiga Rooftop is located in downtown Porto, just 2min away from Mercado do Bolhão. It’s a 200sqm loft with 2 bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), 2 bathrooms (both downstairs), a spacious terrace and 2 balconies. It's full of light and space for up to 4 people. You can park your car in our private parking space and take the elevator to the rooftop. The spacious terrace is ideal to relax after a long day and enjoy a bottle of wine while overlooking the Downtown skyline!

In the building there is a common area, access to all guests, and located in the basement of it. It is a laundry, consisting of a washing machine and dryer. There’s a nearby public car park where you can park for 48 hours for €35 or for 72 hours for €50
