Tresillian Lodge Waterfront Forest, Hot tub Sauna#

Nestled high in the whispering tree tops, deep in the midst of a private valley surrounded by ancient medieaval oak woodland planted to build the Cornish ships of old. As the deer sup from the babbling brook and the songbirds chirrup their enamouring call around you lies "Tresillian Lodge". Sit on the balcony and let time pass you by. Watch the sunrise and set from your private hot tub as you gaze over the rolling fields. Hewn from the very oak of the woodland itself. Built in a bespoke design with oak arched vaulted ceilings, oak parquet flooring it feels as if you are one with the very woods that you are ensconsed in. There is no sound but nature. With woodland walks in all directions, access is available to the stream and paddock where the lambs frolick. It is a mere 20 minutes to the soft, warm and cosetting South coast of the Roseland peninsula, and little more to reach the rugged Atlantic on the North. A surfers paradise Only 10 minutes into the centre of Truro. You've got it all.! There is a sauna on site available by appointment. All linen and furnishings are of the finest quality. Kate my house manager (a true Cornish Maid!) will be available to offer her local knowledge wherever it may be needed to assist you with excursions, dining and secret places to visit. She will also be available for any queries to do with the lodge and will run through everything upon your arrival to give you the warmest of Kernow welcomes! The lodge lies 1 km down a single track lane which can at certain times of year get quite bumpy. So low slung sports cars are not to be advised. There are no near neighbours apart from the mediaeval mill some distance away. This means that you and your party will have the utmost privacy, and discretion is guaranteed. There are several local pubs in the vicinty including 2 on the waterfront. They are all walkable depending on how energetic one feels. There is nothing better to put on your walking boots and stride off over the undulating hills and feel the Cornish breeze upon your face, or stroll down the Fal estuary to see where the great Tresillian docks and quays once were. Perhaps head to St Mawes and take the ferry across to Falmouth for an afternoon's shopping and lunch, and treat yourself to a private water taxi to bring you home. Mawgan Porth Home with a view of the beach (small)

Beach house situated behind the dunes of Mawgan Porth. One bedroom with a king-size bed and a large day bed in the entrance room. Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Stunning views from the upstairs open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony for alfresco dining. Ground level has a lovely decking area with an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities.

Phoenix Villa stylish house near coast & country

Well located house between the coast and main A30, about three miles to both beaches close by, recently totally refurbished and decorated to a high standard throughout A comfortable home from home, with tasteful furnishings, with a brand new bathroom and kitchen, with washing machine, dishwasher, range oven, Hob, fridge, freezer, all full size. TV, Three bedrooms, with a king bed, a double bed and a single bed as per photos. Lounge/dining room with comfortable sofas and chairs. No smoking

Breathtaking views St Agnes

Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

Luxury house 2 min. stroll from blue flag beach.

Just steps from the beach, play-park and pub. Everything you need for a premium stay, including a brand-new kitchen-living room, comfortable sofa and large dining area. Morning sun pours through the patio-doors in the living room which hosts rural views. All bedrooms have new ensuite bathrooms. Ground floor has a double shower wet-room so you can wash off before heading upstairs. 2 off-road parking spaces, Fast WiFi, Sonos sound system, 2 smart TVs and bean to cup coffee machine.

Pepper Cottage

Pepper Cottage is tucked away in a quiet spot in the heart of St Agnes. It’s a 500m walk to the village centre which boasts an abundance of amenities; cafes, pubs, bakery, butchers and veg shop. Trevaunance cove is less than a miles walk. The house has everything you need for a cosy stay year round. Perfect for families, couples and solo travellers. The South West Coast path is on the doorstep and neighbouring beaches Porthtowan and Perranporth are only a 5 minute drive.
