Great place in St Ives, very close to all centre and markets. The place was beautiful and very clean. Geeta was really helpful and responsive. We loved our stay!

David and Lizzie’s place is a true sanctuary for the soul. I have read in other reviews that the pictures on here do not make it justice and I couldn’t agree more. I loved how peaceful it was, and will certainly miss seeing all the robins, squirrels and other animals pass by the windows in the morning, all on an exploratory mission into the majestic garden. The cottage has quite a history having hosted numerous families and famous painters over the centuries. The garden at the back still has the same layout established in the nineteenth century and it is great to see all the various species of exotic plants grown by the various owners still thriving to this day. The cottage is perfectly located if you are travelling by public transport. This goes not just for train links in and out of Penzance, but also for local buses around the area and the Land’s End Coaster. Thanks a lot for all your tips guys, and for being so humane. Had a lovely short break here and it was a great base to explore Cornwall. Clean, tidy and well put together this flat has everything you need. We brought our little doggy which was amazing. You can hear the sea from the bedroom, because it’s that close! A lovely sound to wake up to. We will definitely be back.

Lower Treetop’s was absolutely perfect for the two of us. The bed was so comfy, clean and warm. An electric blanket had been arranged but we didn’t need it. We loved the kitchen/living room arrangement, the kitchen had all the utensils, pots and pans you might need as well as tea, coffee and milk. The cream tea on arrival was very much appreciated. The garden is a glorious area in which to sit and relax with a morning cuppa or afternoon/evening glass of wine. St Micheal’s Mount and the sea can be seen from the patio. Tom was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, including recommendations of places to visit we would not have otherwise known about. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely little apartment to anybody.

Great little home with everything we needed and much more. Walkable distance from a lovely beach (or 5 minute drive). Everything was pristine and very clean😄.

We stayed for two weeks and had the most fabulous time. The apartment is exactly as described and is a delight to stay in. Everything you could possibly need and more…games, books and DVDs. We loved catching up on some old but fab films during our stay. The apartment is a downhill walk of about 30/35 mins to the main centre of Rock but about 10 minutes walk away are a bakery, deli/supermarket, fish and chip shop, cafes etc so you can get all you need without the car. We used the apartment to access the whole of Cornwall including Lands End and The Lizard. It’s a bit of a drive but easy to get there and back and spend loads of time exploring in a day. The Cornish weather did mean some rainy days so we were often wet and muddy on our return. As we were there in Sept, it would usually have been too early to put the heating on… but a quick message to Helena and she sorted everything so we were able to be super toasty and wash and dry everything. Lovely apartment. Perfect location for exploring Newquay on foot and for local attractions. Apartment is large and the beds were comfy. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Bonus little swimming pool in the complex, which our little kids loved. Thanks, Marcus!

I have just come back from staying at Dave’s beautiful property for a couple of nights. I stayed there with my dog and partner and felt right at home straight away, the apartment is beautifully furnished and in the most perfect location if you want chilled days at the beach or to go and surf! I would definitely stay there again. Dave was very accommodating and friendly and very quick to reply to messages. An awesome host! Thanks again for a great stay Dave, I will 100% be recommending to friends.

Me and my partner had a great stay at Wrens Retreat. Compact but very cosy and warm in the 2 degree weather we had! Ali was very responsive constantly during our stay, there was a slight issue with the toilet flush but it was fixed very quickly and without any fuss. Ali even let us get in a bit early and leave our bags there as there was no one checking in which was really great! Comfy bed, and ample storage, even a hair dryer! Had everything you would need for a little break away. Would definitely return and would definitely recommend! 👍🏻

lovely little apartment tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful area. Iain & Sarah sent precise directions and instructions as soon as we booked. the accommodation was clean and well maintained, very comfortable and felt like a wonderful home away from home. Iain & Sarah were quick to respond to any queries during our stay and were very friendly and approachable. I would recommend them for anyone wanting a relaxing break, or to explore Cornwall from a nice, peaceful base as we did :)

Set in a peaceful quiet location but only minutes away from Penryn and Falmouth. Such a spacious apartment with everything we needed. Super comfy beds and relaxing sofas for the evening. We very much enjoyed the eggs from the chickens and a few leeks from the kitchen garden. Heard owls hooting at night and saw our first swallow of Spring too as well as the gorgeous spring flowers lining the hedgerows nearby.

The lady was lovely, so friendly and accommodating. Such a nice place for a relaxing getaway. The farm shop at the top of the road did good breakfast. Would go back. Thank you

Our family had a lovely stay here. the apartment is beautiful with great amenities. We had fun in the games room and hot tub and found Camborne a great base to explore Cornwall. Cathie was a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A comfy and very scenic apartment, ideally situated with a short walk to the town. The apartment was well equipped and we very soon felt at home.

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

We booked very last minute when our holiday abroad fell through and loved St Ives and our stay! The flat has everything you need and is only a short walk into town (even if coming back is a bit of a workout). We were blessed with glorious weather and the kids even went sea swimming in April 😁Alison was helpful and responsive.

Georgie and Chris were great hosts, the hay loft is exactly as described and a beautiful place to stay. As others have mentioned, it’s peaceful and within walking distance of a lovely local pub which does fantastic food! Georgie and Chris had provided a welcome pack of eggs, milk, bread and Prosecco which was a nice touch. The hay loft has everything you need for a quiet break, the hot tub an excellent addition to. Would highly recommend 😊

Good food , good vibes and peaceful surrounding… this is what I was looking for and this place offers everything. Food options were available at walking distance.. Cross the road and you’ll find a mesmerising view; even from the property itself the view is very pleasant. Surfing the wave is something you shouldn’t miss( if comfortable with swimming) as a surf school is close to property for this wonderful experience. A big thanks to Anthony, he ensured to revert on any queries or concerns while checking in/out. Overall it was an amazing experience.
