Romantic Lakeview Jacuzzi Suite

Jacuzzi Suites are the size of a hotel room with the privacy of a woodsy cabin. Our suites the perfect way to spend a romantic getaway. Each suite has a queen pillow-top bed, a sitting area, a Jacuzzi for two and a small deck with a stunning view of Beaver Lake. No kitchens; however, each one has a coffee bar w/ mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Each suite has its own private boardwalk entrance to ensure privacy. We have 3 suites attached to the office building. No pets allowed in the suites.

Apartment 2, Superman Suite

After completing a full renovation on the 2nd floor of the Jones Building, we are excited to offer you 4 industrial style suites in Metropolis, IL. Constructed in 1908, the Jones building was a former office complex. The old stairs have seen a lot of traffic leading to everything from a dentist office, insurance agency and a 3rd generation law firm. Just to name a few. This space has been revitalized and allowed to thrive again. “The Jones” is ready to welcome you to the home of Superman!

The Muhammad Ali Suite

This unique suite is located in the heart of Butchertown in the same building as Vernon Lanes, one of the oldest working bowling alleys in the country! A Lovely room in a historical St. Louis home! The Blue Spruce Room is on the 2nd floor, and has a recently renovated and beautiful bathroom complete with a walk-in rain shower right next to it. The room has a desk, chair, lamp, table, Amazon Fire TV with basically every major streaming App, newly installed hardwood floors, and a Queen sized-bed. The room has two large windows for plenty of natural light with heavy blinds for sleeping in! Full use of the kitchen upstairs is available!

Chic Ultramodern Studio Loft w/ Designer Features

The Nash Loft is a stunning minimalist studio with 12’ ceilings + bright 7’ industrial steel-frame windows, a spacious open layout, stackable washer + dryer, a designer bathroom with black stainless fixtures and frameless glass shower, an Edison-illuminated community courtyard, and a fully-equipped kitchen with black stainless appliances and quartz countertops. Situated along the famous Locust Street in the heart of Midtown, you’ll be steps from SLU, Wells Fargo, BJC, and the Grove.

The Woodsman Suite

A third floor suite, facing the river with the train tracks only a couple blocks away. It took 2 months to do the ceiling. Carefully polished and placed the old lath in a specific design, the ceiling is a work of art. Eighty percent of the material used in this room is from re purposed lumber, either from this building or from a childhood barn built in the late 1800's. It will take you a while to notice every detail down to the toilet paper holder which is from an old barn post.
