Guest house - pool, tennis, 1Gb WiFi & pizza oven

At "Villa Pepita Mallorca", you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. You’ll love it here because of the peaceful, secluded location, large grounds and above facilities. Please see 'Other things to note' which contains info of use to most guests.

Momentos inolvidables para ti y tus seres queridos. Esta casa de aperos en el corazón de la Tramuntana será tu oasis de calma y reconexión con la naturaleza. Buitres, águilas, cabras, caballos, burros, ranas y todo tipo de pájaros. Casa independiente para 4-5 personas. Consta de un dormitorio para 3 personas, con dos alturas, cocina/comedor. La sala de estar funciona como un segundo dormitorio si es necesario. Baño privado. Mucho espacio al aire libre. Barbacoa, piscina, jardín y ... un bosque!

Studio de 30m2 indépendant, coin cuisine, salle de bain, jardin de 24 m2, + parking gratuit. Situé au coeur de l îles de Majorque, a 2 km du charmant village de Sineu, réputé pour le marché le plus ancien de l îles. El Pla (la plaine de Majorque) est un endroit authentique pour se ressourcer et se reconnecter avec la nature. Une vue magnifique sur les collines et les montagnes. A Sineu, vous trouverez la Station de train et de bus qui desert les plus grandes villes, palma, inca, et manacor.

Rompe con tu día a día y relájate en este oasis de tranquilidad. Después de un día intenso de trabajo, relájate en el jardín o la piscina. Apartamento totalmente equipado a los pies de la Serra de Tramuntana, ideal para dos personas (máximo cuatro gracias a su sofá cama). Independiente y con acceso privado en la misma propiedad compartiendo sólo la entrada de la calle, jardines y piscina. Estancias no turísticas (visitas familiares, bodas, eventos deportivos o consultas médicas).

Preciosa habitación en medio de la naturaleza. Ambiente familiar y tranquilo. Ideal para desconectar. O para trabajar de manera remota. Aquí podrás disfrutar de una buena puesta de sol, barbacoa, piscina y jardín. Esta habitación está pensado para 2 personas, con posibilidad de 1 sofá cama p/ niños. El alojamiento está a 30m de nuestra casa. Se comparte entrada y jardín. En la finca los animales son bienvenidos. CHIMENEA DECORATIVA. Imprescindible disponer de vehículo.

Mini Son Aloui Mallorca

In the heart of the island, in the countryside, at 3 km away from Muro Village, is located this quiet and charming old building completely independent from the main house. I refit it in 2018 into a small room. The bathroom is outside of the bedroom and the full kitchen is under a terrace with an open and beautiful view to the countryside and a small garden. It is ideal for lovers of nature, animals lovers, couples or/and a strategic point for cyclists.

Beautiful one bedroom parterre flat with own entrance and little garden. The house is located in Genova which is an emblematic area with a village like feel in Palma. Very well connected with a bus stop just 1min by foot and only 7 min to palma centre and 5min to closest beach by bus. There is a pharmacy, plenty of local restaurants and a little shop for buying groceries open every day, just walking distance from the house.

Apto. situado dentro de la finca Casa Gallo, 2 habitaciones con vistas al jardín y terraza, una con cama de 150 cm y la otra con una cama de 180 cm. Las habitaciones tienen TV vía satélite y aire acondicionado. Baño completo y ducha con columna de hidromasaje. Cocina completa con vistas al jardín y piscina, con acceso directo a las habitaciones, sofá y mesa. Barbacoa, sofá exterior y piscina de uso exclusivo.

Cute guest cottage in peaceful garden

After falling in love with this old Mallorquin house in "the village that time forgot", we spent 6 years renovating it into our dream home complete with adjoining guest cottage. The location is perfect for exploring the island by car, scooter, motorbike or bicycle. We have local bars, restaurants, supermarkets and ATMs on our doorstep, and the centre of Palma is just a 10 minute drive away.
