Modern cosy 2 bedrooms apartment

The ground floor apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Grand bay area in close proximity to public beaches, restaurants & supermarkets. This modern residence offers a swimming pool, private parking and a Roof top with great views to enjoy a sundowner. The 90 m2 apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms,one large living/dining/kitchen and a terrace with its small garden. We have ‘double glazing’ in the bedroom windows for extra comfort against any noise from the public road nearby.

Cette maison de charme de 130 m² est idéalement située à 50m de la jolie plage de Bain Bœuf : eau turquoise et sable fin sont à 2mn à pied. Sa piscine privée, comme ses jardins tranquilles, s'apprécient dès le matin. Très agréable à vivre, aménagée haute qualité, elle a obtenu l'agrément de la Tourism Authority.
