Stefanos Unterkunft war ein absolutes Highlight! Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren perfekt zum Entspannen, und die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr komfortabel, und Stefano war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Meine Freunde und ich sind uns sicher dass Stefanos Unterkunft das beste Air BnB ist, in dem wir je waren! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Barbara has a beautiful home in Tuscany. We stayed for an equestrian event and it was literally five minutes from the equestrian center, they were helpful with all information, they loved our dog, were very dog friendly and we will definitely look forward to staying with them again next year. Amazing hosts, Barbara and her husband.

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Zu aller erst einmal vielen Dank an die Hosts Issa und Giovanni! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, heißen und erholsamen Urlaub in Eurer Unterkunft verbringen dürfen! Haus: Das Haus entspricht mehr dem deutschen Standard denn dem italienischen, alles top, sauber und eine Vielzahl an Utensilien für den täglichen Bedarf (Messer/Löffel/Gabel/Kaffeemaschine/Toaster/Gläser/Tassen uvm.) sind vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfächern ist sehr gut! Betten und Räume waren bequem und WLAN überall erreichbar, auch am Pool! Pool: Ein riesiger (Chlor) Pool mit angenehm kühlenden Wasser, schönen und praktischen Liegen waren der Hit! Zwei Sonnenschirme, die auch optisch schick sind, hatten uns vor der Sonne geschützt. Highlight, auch wenn man heutzutage stets eine JBL Box dabei hat, die Lautsprecheranlage via Bluetooth am Pool. Mein Tipp Radio Subasio+ ;-) Umgebung: Ein traumhafter Blick auf die Hügellandschaft und ein riesiger Garten für ein selbst und oder Hund - traumhaft! Grazie mille

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans la maison d'Alessandro qui se situe dans un environnement très calme et qui dispose d’une vue grandiose! La maison correspond en tout point à l’annonce et aux photos; la piscine à usage exclusif est magnifique! Un des avantages ne figurant pas sur les photos est que la piscine est clôturée, ce qui nous a permis de profiter du jardin en toute sérénité avec un enfant de 2 ans. Dès notre arrivée , notre hôte Alessandro s’est montré très disponible, proactif, prévenant et très sympathique, en résumé l’hôte parfait! Ce fut un plaisir de séjourner chez Alessandro et de le rencontrer!

Nous avons loué le logement pour un roulage sur le circuit de Misano. Le gîte se situe proche du circuit et proche de restaurants accessible à pieds. Les hôtes sont disponible et très sympathique. Le logement est fidèle à la description. Nous recommandons.

Host molto gentile e disponibile, c'era un piccolo malfunzionamento della TV e ha provveduto a farla sistemare in giornata. Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, speriamo di poter alloggiarci di nuovo in una stagione più calda per poter godere appieno del giardino

We loved our stay, the villa is beautifully done, has all of the amenities needed, was spotlessly clean and our hosts were so welcoming and provided lots of recommendations on places to visit and even made us a delicious pizza and shared a local wine. The view from the villa is breathtaking, watching the clouds roll through in the distance every morning whilst eating breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend.

Alloggio molto grande, comodo, pulito e in zona tranquilla. La signora Fedora è estremamente disponibile, gentile e proattiva, venendoci incontro per esigenze di check-in. Molto soddisfatti del soggiorno.

L'appartamento è davvero bellissimo, esattamente come descritto e mostrato nelle foto, se non addirittura più bello! Una menzione speciale per l'host Giovanna: risponde immediatamente ai messaggi, è molto disponibile e ha permesso un check-out flessibile. Consigliatissimo!

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Haus, Geschäfte und Cafes nebenan, auch der Garten war unglaublich schön, inklusive eines großen Privatparkplatzes. Alle Italiener sind äußerst freundlich und kommunikativ. Und die Innenstadt wäre sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen, um das Parkplatzproblem zu umgehen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, ab 5 Uhr hört man die Vögel pfeifen. Aber insgesamt mein schönster Urlaub.

The views from this guest suite will be some of my favorite memories of Tuscany. I highly recommend going outside 30 minutes before sunrise to watch the sky change colors against the mountains while you take a deep calming breath looking across the valley below. The guest house is compact, modern, and clean. And Patrizia and her family are just next door, available and friendly if you need anything.

Come già anticipato da altre recensioni, la casa è davvero magnifica e ben curata. Dalla camera da letto al bagno, fino alla sala da pranzo, tutto è dotato di ogni comfort necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno in completo relax. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo potuto godere della splendida vista delle montagne semplicemente aprendo la finestra della cucina ed evitando l'afa estiva di casa nostra. Inoltre, tutto intorno è possibile fare piacevoli passeggiate immersi nella natura, nel silenzio e al fresco. È importante notare che per raggiungere la casa è indispensabile avere un’auto. Per quanto riguarda la ricezione del telefono consiglio di posizionare il telefono nella zona della finestra della cucina o sopra il frigorifero. La nostra permanenza è stata segnata da qualche disavventura, ma Laurence e Leonardo sono stati incredibilmente disponibili e pronti ad aiutare. Non posso che consigliare vivamente Casanelli! Grazie mille ragazzi per la splendida ospitalità!

We stayed at Podere Cerretino to celebrate our wedding with family and friends. It was the best week of our lives. Not only is the place beautiful, and the surrounds stunning, Nicola is the best air BnB host we have ever had. He went above and beyond, a lot of times without us even asking. From booking us restaurants and appointments, to connecting us with our amazing wedding planner, and booking us a pizza chef to come to the villa - the whole week was so incredible. I cannot speak highly enough about Nicola and his beautiful place. If you’re looking for a place to host a wedding, or just to relax, look no further.

What can I say. This place is amazing. Host was amazing and extremely friendly The drive up to the house is just great. Being British u don’t experience things like this. The view from the gardens is out of this world. The swimming pool is fantastic. Local shop has what you need. There is a hotel in walking distance for lovely meals also a sports bar as well. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone. 12 of us there plenty of room and a huge table to eat from. Thanks for one amazing stay. What a memory. 🥰🥰

A wonderful home in a beautiful setting amidst the olive groves. The pool was wonderful and we really appreciated that soap and both beach and bath towels were provided. Convenient for visiting Arezzo,Siena, Florence and other Tuscan towns, although you do need a car!

U Maura a Fiorelly sa nám veľmi páčilo. Apartmán bol dôkladne čištý. Nachádza sa v tichej časti Cesenatica, asi 8 minút peši od pláže. K dispozícii na použitie sú aj bicykle, ktoré sú síce staršie, ale na kratšie vzdialenosti bez problémov použiteľné. Apartmán bol veľmi dobre vybavený, výborné wifi pripojenie. Deti využívali aj záhradu - vyzdvihujeme aj milých susedov, ktorí nemali problém, keď im lopta skončila v ich záhrade. V blízkosti sú v rámci prechádzky v dosahu obchody a reštaurácie. Parkovanie v máji na ulici bez problémov. Komunikácia s prenajímateľmi bola veľmi dobrá a bezproblémová. Tento apartmán môžeme určite odporučiť. Ďakujeme, veľmi dobre sme si oddýchli a radi prídeme aj nabudúce.

Wir haben 5 Nächte bei Nicola verbracht und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der man sich direkt zuhause fühlt und alles findet was man braucht. Sehr weitläufiges gepflegtes Grundstück mit schönem Ausblick von der eigenen Terrasse. Der kleine Bach in der Nähe ist wunderschön und wir sind dort baden gegangen. Zusätzlich dazu ist Nicola wirklich sehr nett und die beiden Katzen haben immer Lust zu schmusen ;)

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Gabriele's! The house is spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of five. April weather was chilly, but the cozy fireplace kept us warm. The surrounding area is breathtaking, with plenty to explore nearby. You can easily reach the Furlo Gorge for scenic trekking or visit beautiful beaches like Spiaggia Mezzavalle and Spiaggia di Fiorenzuola di Focara. Mornings are ideal for a run or hike in the picturesque countryside. The fenced backyard is a great feature, offering a safe space for our kids and pet to play and relax. If traveling with young children, note the steep stairs in the house. We recommend bringing a baby gate or planning how to restrict access for safety. Gabriele is an incredibly welcoming and kind host. While he doesn’t speak English, communication was seamless using Google Translate. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this charming home for a memorable family getaway!
