Great place, great host, great location. Perfect for 4 couples + kids. We stayed in both sides of the duplex. Spacious and well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals for all. Easiest check in I have ever expeienced with an airbnb. Host was friendly and responded within minutes.

Annette’s place is beautiful and peaceful! The perfect place for our little getaway in Pagosa Springs! We really enjoyed the sunrises at home (the view is amazing). And we had everything we needed! Thank you for the great hospitality!

This place was a true bargain...all the amenities plus more--coffee selection, fridge with breakfast ideas from Trader Joe's plus some beer from local brewery, Santa Fe Brewery, and nice water cooler...but the highlight was personal delivery of home-baked croissants! Very nice touch! Oh, and the warm, fuzzy bathrobe to don before answering the door after emerging from the nice warm shower!

Had a great stay, the house was clean and had everything we needed. The house is a bit tricky to find but the host sent pictures and instructions that helped. The driveway is difficult to get into but there is plenty of street parking if you don’t feel comfortable. The house is walking distance to a park and very central. The check in process was flexible and the host was very communicative. Overall had a great stay. Thank you!

Jeff is a fabulous host!! The charming suite is a cute and cozy home away from home. Loved stargazing at night. I never turned the TV on, either enjoyed the stars or just listened to music. Perfect place to unplug. Jeff even invited me for an amazing, yummy, home cooked dinner as I left early in the mornings and was not available for breakfast.

This place was perfect for our balloon fiesta stay. During the day, there are a ton of vintage and antique shops to walk to, and a few good restaurants. Everything you need is within a few minutes drive. This is a great spot to stay if you’re looking for somewhere central with no frills. Everything was clean and in working order.

I think everything was great especially for our first time staying in Pagosa! we highly recommend this stay in! we would definitely stay again next time we come back to Pagosa!

This was an amazing place to stay. Just what I was looking for. It was quiet and in a beautiful neighborhood.

El Nido was the perfect home base for our visit to Cortez and the surrounding area. The space was modern and well-appointed with lovely views on all sides. It was so convenient to be just minutes from Phil's World mountain bike trails and also close to plenty of restaurants and grocery options. The setting on the lake was beautiful, we even saw two bald eagles! Our pups loved the open space and having towels and treats for them was a thoughtful bonus. And, Pablo and Betty were more than accommodating when we had to make a last-minute adjustment to our travel plans. We would love to stay again!

Felt good no real complaints

My stay here was great! Vincent made booking effortless. I booked same day about 4 hours before showing up and he approved the stay within the hour! Not only that, but I also extended my stay three times at the last minute and he approved that as well within the hour! The apartment was clean, and the bed was comfortable (pretty sure it’s a tempurpedic). My dog was also able to stay with me and the apartment has a small back yard area. Extremely small, but just big enough for me to let my dog out. There’s a park a couple blocks down that my dog and I were able to walk to daily without any issue. The parking lot is small, but you will have your own off street parking spot! I felt safe, and at home after being there for a week and a half. I would book another stay here without thinking twice!

The cottage is private and peaceful, Erik is there if you need anything but otherwise it feels like you have the place to yourself. The views are the stunning and the place was perfect for a week working in Durango and great place to bring my pup!

I cannot say enough great things about Alex’s place! Alex was not only responsive and helpful, the instructions were very clear, the accommodations were clean and beautiful just like the pictures! I always book looking at reviews and I echo all the other sentiments from the other guests. Alex provided great recommendations, the area was quiet and beautiful, the bed was comfortable which is always a big deal to me, his place was easy to find and within 20 minutes, walking to the downtown area. I took a drive to Taos as well as the petroglyphs and the Hot Springs. All very close and the drives were so pretty! Highly recommend and I can’t wait to return and stay back at Alex‘s place.

Robban was very communicative and responsive. Her place was comfortable for my friends while they attended my wedding! They really enjoyed the hot tub, the serene quiet, and the stargazing.

This place was perfect for mine and my boyfriends anniversary and his birthday. I loved how clean and inviting the condo was. The view was absolutely breathtaking and I would stay here again!

We had a great getaway at CasAlegre Taos! This is a lovely, cozy well-appointed condo between the town of Taos and Arroyo Seco NM on the way to the Taos Ski Valley. We came for a a few days of skiing, rest and great mountain views. All delivered! Easy to get to and amenities like pickle ball and pool/spa close by --

The casita was the perfect home away from home for our southwest NYE! Clean, comfortable, and cozy! It was so nice being able to walk downtown in minutes and be in the middle of so many great restaurants and museums yet it was quiet and peaceful when you went back home for the night. Everything was as described and thoughtfully arranged making it living in ready in an instant.

We had a great stay at Robbin and Ash's place in Angel Fire. While the place isn't huge, it's great for a family of four. The kitchenette really had all we needed to make meals, and we loved the hot tub. Wish we could go back in the summer to experience the outdoor spaces more fully! Great and quick communication throughout!
