The charming Royal Tree Villas is a 9-unit motel, which includes single units, 2 bedroom suites with kitchenettes, as well as, a detached duplex each with 2-bedroom and full kitchen. It is centrally located near several Northern California attractions and just 5 minutes-drive (1.5 miles) to Chandelier Drive-Thru Tree Park.

Basic rate is for the main house only. When you add extra guests, you will get access to cabins. To have access to the main house and both cabins, please register as a party of 10 (even if the actual number of people is less but you prefer single occupancy bedrooms)
