Room#9 is our homage to the green lifestyle of California and the beach. For your convenience for those extra hot days of summer, the room offers efficient air-conditioning and a refrigerator for your cold beverages. This room is certainly a favorite with our newlyweds as well as guests looking for zen and the SoCal lifestyle.

Marriott Newport Coast Villa 2BR

I own a timeshare in the Marriott Newport Coast Villas. It is a beautiful resort and rooms go for over $500 a night. This is a 2 BR / 2 BATH unit unless I specify it separately in our messages. I will give your name to the hotel and you check in like a normal guest. All amenities, etc are available just as if you were a hotel guest. PLEASE note there is no cancellation & I request you to message before you book with your dates so I can verify they are available. I respond very quickly!
