L'appartamento, è situato in una zona tranquilla e strategica della città; immerso in un'atmosfera silenziosa, è la scelta perfetta per chi desidera soggiornare a Milano, sia per piacere sia per lavoro. L'alloggio offre un ambiente confortevole, ben arredato, pensato per farvi sentire come a casa vostra. Siamo in zona Navigli, ricca di locali e boutiques bohemien e la rinnovata Darsena.

Cozy flat in Famagosta area near Forum di Assago

Proponiamo un appartamento moderno dotato di tutti i comfort tra cui WiFi, Smart TV, Netflix e aria condizionata. Con parcheggio gratuito sotto il palazzo. L’appartamento é servito dal bus 46 che in 7 min. raggiunge la fermata di metro Famagosta, da cui si arriva velocemente nel centro di Milano. Si raggiungono Zona Tortona, i Supersrudio Maxi. Si trova a 5 min. in macchina dall'Unipol Forum che ospiterà le competizioni di Short Track e Figure Skating per le Olimpiadi di Milano Cortina 2026.

Elegant flat facing a quiet courtyard directly on the Canal. Vibrant lively neighborhood: plenty of bars, restaurants and nightlife all around . The birds will wake you up in the morning with their chirping, a unique spot in a vibrant area like Navigli Milano. The location is perfect: Porta Genova metro stop is around the corner and connects you to the main attractions around the city, the Design district Savona/Tortona is just 5 minutes walk away. Very close to Bocconi University.
