Cozy room

The space is a complete private with own entrance to the Cozy room and no any shared with another. It is first floor of the brand new townhouse. The commodious parking space in front of the door without permit. The building where is in the shopping center and nearby grocery store, restaurants, movie theaters and Dulles airport. An Excellent and the beautiful community where is. It’s very. convenient, quiet and peaceful location for stay. Since 2019 started Airbnb, most of my guests(99% are very satisfied and enjoyed their staying. This is my goal to do Airbnb and l am happy to be super host. Appreciate all my guests! You are welcomed anytime to have this Cozy Room. 👏👏👏

A cozy, clean, comfortable and contemporary condo in the heart of Germantown and 35mins away from the Washington D.C. Two full ensuite bedroom with Two full bath offer privacy for guests. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, movies, and the highway. 25 minutes to Frederick, 25 minutes to Bethesda. Large, sunny one bedroom apartment, with private entrance, beautifully decorated, gas fireplace and 50" flat screen TV and WiFi. Large bedroom w/ king bed, walk-in closet. Full kitchen w/all amenities. Guests can walk(30 min) or take bus (2 min walk to bus stop) to NIH, Walter Reed and/or metro. Fresh coffee and teas provided for entire stay. Breakfast items for first morning : cold cereal, fresh bagels and cream cheese, small containers of milk and OJ. One block from Rock Creek Park.
