Le séjour chez Mohamed s’est très bien passé. Nous avons eu le privilège d être les premiers locataires. L’appartement était propre et conforme à sa description sur l’annonce. Il a été aux petits soins et très réactif face à nos demandes dès notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement cet hôte et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Ampio e comodo appartamento in una delle zone residenziali di Parigi. Ben collegato con il centro. L'host è sempre disponibile ed amichevole. Nei dintorni ci sono supermercati, ristoranti ed ottime pasticcerie. Consigliato!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Check-in war super einfach, und die Kommunikation mit Stéphanie und Hachmi war schnell und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Lachmi . Les nuits sont très calmes et nous avons eu de très bons conseils sur les activités Approximité nous reviendrons certainement chez Lachmi.

On check in day Jonathan was slow to send instructions to get in and there were not translated at first this worried me at first since I did mention we do not speak french also all of the instructions were not included and we had to ask I am a host amd think all of this could have been avoided if Jonathan had automated messages set ahead of time The property is great with plenty of room. Kitchen has everything you need. There are enough towels as well which is nice and finally the beds were very comfy The closest train station is about a mile away but that didn't matter as we got a car Also house has shared parking with other guests but everyone was able to get cars in fine

A nice spacious apartment, very clean and well presented and in an excellent location.

J'ai passé 5 jours dans le logement, je n'y étais que le soir et la nuit puisque j'étais au Blanc Mesnil pour le travail. La belle-sœur de Kamel m'a accueillie et m'a fait visiter le logement, ensuite Kamel m'a envoyé plusieurs message tout au long de la semaine pour savoir si tout se passait bien, et nous nous sommes parlé au téléphone, Kamel a toujours été disponible et très réactif. Sur le logement en lui-même, rien à redire, ce qui pourrait peut-être poser problème est le fait que le quartier soit en travaux (construction d'immeubles) donc il y a du bruit à l'extérieur à partir de 8h30, ce qui pourrait déranger des gens désireux d'utiliser le balcon par exemple. A voir quand finiront ces travaux ? Pour conclure, je recommanderais ce logement. Idéalement pour un couple, mais on doit pouvoir y loger à 4 avec le lit transformable.

Thomas was a great host and very considerate and accommodating. We stayed for a month and were able to utilize the place maybe to its fullest extent, but also keep in mind it's probably not a typical length of stay. Given the length, we did run into a few issues during our stay, but the times that we reached out, Thomas was always very considerate and helpful. The location was pretty decent to get to what we needed it would have been nice to be a little closer to the train station. The place itself is quaint and has its own charm, just set your expectations accordingly and don't expect anything luxurious, and maybe a little outdated compared to stays at a hotel or kind of commercialized AirBnB. If you're a fan of that more casual setting, then this place would fit you well!

This is a hidden gem. Spacious and comfortable. We felt right at home for our week stay in Paris. The property was stocked and Debby was very communicative if we had any questions about anything. The mall is walking distance from the property so food was easily accessible with plenty of options. Our group loved that the most. Highly recommend and I would stay there again should I find myself back in France.

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

Il n'est pas facile de se loger à 10 sur Paris et sa banlieue proche, aussi, même si la maison est assez éloignée du centre de Paris, avec obligation de prendre des transports en commun fatigants, ce fut une belle adresse à retenir qui nous permettait de nous reposer dans le confort. Le jardin avec ses arbres fruitiers tout en fleur, rempli de chants de mésanges charbonnières fut amplement apprécié. Merci à Hamza !

Très beau logement, très propre, très bien rangé, et avec tout ce dont on a besoin lorsqu’on est en déplacement professionnel, avec en plus une place de parking pour un camion, et un petit bassin avec Karp Coye à l’intérieur très sympa !
