The place smelled so good and was so clean when we arrived. Check in was quick and easy. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is perfect. So many good bars/restaurants in walking distance we didn't need to take a lyft/uber hardly at all and it's really close to the airport. The host's communication was great and she was really helpful any time we had questions. Would definitely stay again.

Great apartment! Great location ! Easy access and quite hotel. Cynthia was very reactive to answer our questions or to get us additional towels or fix the dishwasher. The apartment is pretty new and very comfortable. I definitely recommend the place and will come back !

was very satisfied. even misplaced my fob for a few days but they immedietly had someone come get me a replacement. wcery was amazing and the host was quick to solve my issues. very clean, modern and upscale furniture and equipment. Will come back again.

The place looked exactly like the picture, very clean and everything we needed. Places was really close by to din, neighborhood was very quiet and clean. Roland ist ein toller Gastgeber, er war super gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir konnten sogar etwas eher einchecken, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Das Studio ist klein, aber fein. Es war alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wer gern etwas zu essen zubereiten möchte, sollte sich Gewürze und Öl etc. mitbringen. Der Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus ist ein Plus.

The best feature by far is the private balcony—perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying the city skyline and bay views at sunset. The location is unbeatable—just steps from top restaurants, bars, and shops, and a short ride to South Beach. The building itself is secure and upscale, with an amazing pool area. Whether you’re in Miami for business or leisure, this condo offers the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and convenience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We were comfortable here. It was easy to find and parking was always available. It was quiet except near the airport, but it wasn't disturbing. There were plenty of towels and a washer and dryer, which were convenient.

Lisa is a great host! She was responsive since the day I booked. Sent clear instructions on getting in and out. Checked on my wife and I to make sure everything was ok in the rental.
