Jesus was properly one of the best host I’ve had since using Airbnb and very friendly. He was nothing but professional at all times. Place was amazing from the views from the balcony to the living room area was amazing. I would be staying again soon hopefully in October this year.

Gregory went out his way to meet me personally at the property and get me keys and parking access. Highly recommended this rental!

The place is exactly as described! nice area right next to the train & lots of food spots, bars and whole foods in walking distance! host was very fast & responsive with any questions i had during my stay. will be returning

This was a nice Airbnb, perfectly sized for 2 people. We didn't stay in Miami for too long, but were really impressed with the unit and how it was laid out. It didn't feel too small and there was everything we needed such as, cups, plates bowls, washer/dryer, beach towels, etc. I would recommend to stay here again. One thing to note is that this is in a residential area of Brickell, so it's advised to have a car to get to main areas if you're visiting touristy places.

We had a fantastic stay at Courtney’s loft. Her place is so spacious and a real cool vibe which compliments the area of Wynwood. A little tricky getting inside, but as long as you pay attention to the pics she has provided you’ll be fine. Courtney was quick to respond to us and we figured it out quickly. Great to have a safe parking spot in a garage too. There was an issue with the toilet running and she took care of it right away. Everything was very clean and the bed was so comfy. Felt like a tempurpedic bed. It’s a great location and we’re able to walk to great restaurants and coffee houses. I would definitely would stay again. Thank you Courtney for a memorable time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our trip to Miami started off as a nightmare when our original Airbnb was completely unlivable. Desperate for a solution, I reached out to Karl, and he was an absolute lifesaver! He responded immediately and had us checked in within no time. The process was incredibly smooth, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Karl personally greeted us and gave us a tour of his space, which was clean, well-kept, and exactly what we needed to turn our trip around. The place was wonderful—great location, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We are beyond grateful for his hospitality and quick response. If you’re looking for a reliable and accommodating host in Miami, Karl is the one! Highly recommend!

The apartment was great--centrally located and easily walkable into Brickell and various areas around downtown. The building staff and valet were also helpful in answering questions. Stephanie was fantastic to rent from! She was proactive with instructions and quick to answer any questions I had. Would love to rent from her again!
