When you're done with the fun, you can return to the peaceful Foothills, and enjoy our indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub and fitness areas. Wifi, cable, laundry and a stocked kitchen are all included.

This recently updated Condo is 5 min from the strip, 15 min from Tablerock State Park and 15 min from Silver Dollar City. The master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and door to the main bathroom, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. We are right across from the club house where you can swim indoor or outdoor, enjoy the hot tub or sauna and get your sweat on with the exercise machines available. We allow up to two non-shedding dogs under 30 lbs.

Here you and your companion(s) can experience the quiet and relaxing life on a farm with plenty of adventure awaiting just around the bend. A locked garage is available for parking small cars. Drive: 15-20 min to Linn for supplies / 30 min to Jeff City / 5 min to public river access.
