Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located renovated home. My wife, Brianne and I renovate old homes for a living and this home is our gift to you. Bri has a long history of creating desirable designer quality homes. The neighborhood has the best coffee shops in the Midwest and prime restaurant options. You will be 15mins to Mall of America, 8 mins to downtown Mpls, 9 mins to US bank Stadium. Plus, the famous Minneapolis chain of lakes is a 15 min walk away. Photographers dream.

Our newly built unit is baby and child friendly with well stocked kitchenette. the bathroom has a heated bidet toilet! At Lake Nokomis, swim, kayak or sail in summer; in winter there are Pond Hockey tournaments, Nordic skiing at nearby Lake Hiawatha Park, and a summertime public golf course. Updated 1950's architect-built passive-solar artist retreat house is surrounded by trees and Japanese Gardens. Casual comfort but far from sterile. Complete tranquility 10 min from downtown Mpls and very close to both U of MN campus.
