Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Annalisa est une hôtesse charmante. Elle est très sympathique et nous a donné plein de petits conseils pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Le logement était spacieux et impeccable . Les extérieurs sont agréables. La place de stationnement est un plus . Une station de bus se trouve juste à côté du logement ainsi qu’un grand supermarché . C’est très pratique .

We had the most exceptional stay in Bracciano. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance of many attractions and the train station. David is a brilliant host who is very responsive, friendly and incredibly kind. David and Claudia made us feel at home and we appreciate everything about our stay. If I return to Bracciano, I hope to stay here again.

Paolo è stato un host eccezionale. Sempre disponibile e cortese, ha risposto con grande gentilezza a tutte le mie richieste. La sua disponibilità mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio durante tutto il soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente il suo bnb a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza senza preoccupazioni e un host davvero attento.

I chose Villa Venere for its size and pricing. It turned out to be a lovely, sprawling home with warmth and comfort. Navigating amenities was a challenge but the host was helpful and responsive. I knew it was locates outside downton Rome but I was surprised to find it in a relatively isolated part of Rome's suburb. By that I mean, it was a significant distance to regular commercial activities. For it's price, it was a good deal but would ask anyone I recommend it to prepare to rent a car or at least have detailed bus maps.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous retenons l'accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes. L'immeuble est calme et bien situé, proche des transports (bus), commerces, cafés et restaurant, à quelques minutes à pieds du Colisée. L'appartement est très propre, clair, de belles chambres avec rangements. Nous recommandons +++

Excelente local. Corresponde às expectativas . Muitos lugares bonitos nas proximidades e muito fácil para se deslocar a Roma de trem. Os proprietários são muito simpáticos. Recomendamos e pretendemos retornar.

Claudia and Fabio were amazing hosts. The week before our stay they were in constant contact helping arrange transportation from the airport to the flat. On the way from the airport to the flat Fabio gave us a ride and a little tour. The flat was well maintained and had everything we needed. It was close to Vatican City and walkable to everything we needed. If we get to Rome again we will definitely stay here. Cannot recommend them enough. Also we’re very responsive to questions and proactive with messages. Plus they gave us a gift basket and a gift for our five year olds birthday. They go above and beyond! Simply amazing!

It was a pleasure staying at this lovely apartment in the Prati neighborhood of Rome for five nights. The location is fantastic – a truly nice and quiet area, yet with the convenience of excellent restaurants and grocery stores just a short stroll away. We especially enjoyed Fratelli Rossetti, a wonderful recommendation from Antonella! Getting around Rome from here was a breeze. We found it easy to reach all the major sights by bus or Metro, not to mention the Vatican City which was within comfortable walking distance. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and it had everything we needed, whether we wanted to cook a nice meal or simply relax in the evenings after a day of exploring. Our host, Antonella, is exceptional. She proactively provided us with a wealth of helpful tips, which truly enhanced our stay in Rome. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Alessandra’s place was a perfect place to stay. Great location, easy walk to the Pantheon, Castel Sant’ Angelo, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain. The area felt safe. You enter a door at the street level into a courtyard, then enter the main apartment door. We initially missed the first door because it’s surrounded by shops and restaurants, but google maps kept us on track! The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The bedroom was so dark and quiet at night, it made it hard to get out of bed early! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous time! This was the perfect place for our family of four. Close to the metro with lots of fabulous restaurants in the neighborhood! I highly recommend Federico and Irina’s place!

Meine Freundin und ich haben den Aufenthalt bei Fabia sehr genossen - Fabia war immer erreichbar, hat uns herzlich empfangen und Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung war größer als gedacht, sehr sauber und angenehm kühl (perfekt für heiße Tage!). In der gut ausgestatteten Küche kann man auch mal selbst einen Kaffee zubereiten oder kochen, und sich auf dem Markt, der wirklich direkt vor der Haustüre ist, mit leckeren Lebensmitteln eindecken. Wir haben uns in der Umgebung sehr sicher gefühlt, es gibt einige süße Cafés und Restaurants, und die Ubahn ist nur 5min von der Wohnung entfernt. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt & wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Danke Fabia! :)

Ik verbleef ruim 6 weken in het appartement. Het was fijn om na een dag tussen veel andere toeristen, terug te kunnen gaan naar een gewone gezellige wijk zoals Pigneto. Omdat het ov druk en chaotisch was, heb ik vaak gefietst. Alessia en haar man waren heel aardig en behulpzaam. Een aanrader!

Estuvimos aquí de paso en nuestras vacaciones por Italia ,Olga y claudio fueron encantadores ,tienen un apartamento precioso con unas vistas inmejorables nos encantaría volver en nuestro próximo viaje

Ap completo, muito agradável e com excelente localizacao. Próximo ao metrô, além de fácil acesso andando aos melhores pontos turísticos da Roma antiga. A anfitriã é muito educada, atenciosa e hospitaleira. Excelente opção. Recomendo.

Logement situé en dehors de l’agitation de Rome même si une chambre est un peu bruyante. Le bus est au pied de l’immeuble est vous emmène en 20min Piazza Venezia, dans le centre de Rome. Proche du quartier Trastevere, très agréable en petits restaurants et rue piétonne animée. Logement très propre, grand. Communication très aisée avec l’hôte qui donne de nombreux conseils. Je recommande.

Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada, camas con olor agradable, aire acondicionado funcionando perfecto, amenidades indispensables o necesarias en el baño y cocina todo excelente. Si volvería otra vez.

La estadía fue estupenda, el lugar tiene todas las comodidades y está completamente equipado. Está a 200m de la parada del metro C que brinda accesibilidad al centro. Es un barrio de artistas y dos cuadras tiene amplia oferta de bares para tomar aperitivos. Domenica se mostró siempre amable y flexible a nuestros horarios sobre todo el último día que tuvimos que dejar las valijas para poder aprovecharlo. Inclusive tuvimos que ir unos días antes de lo planeado y nos consiguió otro airbnb para esos días.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Miguel’s place! From the moment I arrived, Miguel was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything you could ask for. The location was perfect - close to everything but still peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. The building itself is new and modern, with everything one need for a comfortable stay! What really made this stay special was Miguel’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to offer recommendations, answer any questions, and ensure I felt at home. C'est notre deuxième séjour chez Luca. Nous apprécions beaucoup la localisation à la fois proche de la gare et assez proche de sites touristiques comme le Colisée et le Capitole. La rue est calme et pratique. Commerces et restos à proximité. J'aime l'allure vieillotte de l'endroit. Un grand portique, quatre bâtiments entourant une cour, des balcons donnant sur l'intérieur (ça me fait penser à Sofia Loren et Marcello Mastroianni dans Une journée particulière). L'appartement contient de vieux meubles et beaucoup de livres, dvd et cd. Les murs sont décorés de belles gravures. L'appartement est petit mais convient bien à deux personnes pour un court séjour. La minuscule cuisine est assez complète. Ses armoires font penser à une brocante, beaucoup de choses en double ou en triple, certaines belles et d'autres moins. La salle de bain est très bien. Quelques bémols: La minuscule télé ne servant qu'aux dvd, le confort du mobilier. Par contre, le wifi est excellent. Merci Luca et Sofia.
