Very clean, comfortable, convenient location. We very much enjoyed our stay and the accommodations!

I go to Charlotte frequently and this is by far my favorite Airbnb! It is utterly charming, with so many personal and thoughtful touches. The bed is comfy, the neighborhood is beautiful and walkable to many places to eat, and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. I can only hope it will be available on my next jaunt up to see my (adult) kids!

Andrea’s place was perfect to explore Charlotte! It’s in close proximity to so many neat areas. The studio was well equipped, provided more than the basics or essentials for the kitchen and bathroom. It was so cozy!

El refugio de paz de Joel. El cantar de los pájaros, las ardillas, las flores, la luz del sol através de los árboles, la decoración dentro de la casa woow!!... cada detalle es un hermoso y cuidadoso trabajo. Beber el café en las mañanas en el columpio debajo del árbol, para mi... no tiene precio, o beber un aperitivo después de una larga caminata al atardecer era un relax total. Los espacios dentro de la casa suficientes para dos personas. comodidad y confort, todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa propia. La disponibilidad de Joel siempre gentil, era feliz que Harry viniese a saludar, es todo un señor perro! ... a nosotros, nos gusta caminar así que a pocos pasos consigues todo lo necesario para disfrutar tu estadía. pero si tienes carro podrán movilizarse a donde quieran, es una ubicación privilegiada, fueron 17 maravillosos dias. Si visítamos Charlotte, lo mejor y más seguro de hacer será...? Regresar al "refugio de paz de Joel". Muchísimas gracias. Arrivederci amico!

The airbnb was warm, cozy, and intimate; it was very clean, and Maria had chosen its furnishings thoughtfully. She communicated information helpfully, but she also respected my need for privacy. Down the (many) stairs, there was a wonderful back yard with chairs and a table, tall trees and lots of birdsongs. My birthday happened to be when I was there, and when I got back that day, I found a dozen roses at the door! Her husband was also available to help me with a car issue that persisted for several days. In addition to the comfortable lodging, I also appreciated these personal touches and kindnesses. It made a difference.

Elizabeth was a wonderful host. Very sweet, very attentive and responsive. It was a pretty quiet neighborhood. There is a beautiful running/walking path minutes from the house. The place was immaculate and she even had waters in the fridge upon arrival! Which for me, was the perfect touch. I would recommend and will stay again.

Michael was a great host. He was responsive, professional and attentive. Loved the space (very cozy) and I loved that I could park my car so close to the house as I’m very protective of my car. The space was very clean too and the area was quiet and beautiful.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The place was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect escape. The views were absolutely stunning. The host truly thought of everything we might need, from thoughtful touches to providing all the essentials. Communication was smooth and easy, and check-in couldn’t have been more seamless. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this spot, you won’t be disappointed!

Walking into the guesthouse was like walking into a spa. It smelled so good, everything was super clean and there was peaceful spa type music playing from the tv. The bed was comfortable and the linens were very fresh feeling. The location was private but also close to everything and convenient. There are chickens for the animal lovers and Laura even left some treats for us to feed them. We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!!

The place is a bit smaller than the pictures give off but very clean and organized. Couches are comfy. No complaints

This was a staycation for me. Host was so gracious. Did not feel like I was in a guest house above the garage because of the privacy. Julianna was also flexible with me when I needed it. Will stay here again.

We enjoyed our extended stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Charlotte. The host was very friendly and responsive, and the place was exactly what we needed for the two of us plus our dog.

This rental fit my needs, close to the hospitals and so many of the delicious restaurants in Charlotte. I had an excellent extended stay in the carriage house.

Stephanie was a great host and her apartment above the detached garage space was perfect and exactly as described. Very clean with great amenities for my parents stay while in town for our family wedding at VanLandingham Estate just down the road. Stephanie was very helpful to assist them with any needs and always quick to respond. I highly recommend this location. In the heart of Plaza Midwood and close to Uptown and walkable to groceries and restaurants.

Everything was as advertised, the neighborhood is cute, but you enter from the backside and parking is on the street before the road to garage entrance. The address by gps is confusing because entrance is more on the cross street. Once you find it, the space is beautifully flooded with light from all the windows and it is very comfortable.
