Het prachtige en sfeervolle huis heeft twee verdiepingen en een ruime tuin. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een toilet, keuken en woonkamer. Op de eerste verdieping zijn twee slaapkamers en de badkamer. Eén slaapkamer heeft een ruim balkon. Benodigdheden voor kinderen zijn ook aanwezig in het huis.

Our Malaga beach cottage has 3 small bedrooms and is suitable for 4 adults + 2 kids/teens. (the bunkbed is 1.80m) very suitable for families

En la planta baja tenemos el salón, la cocina abierta, un aseo, el porche y el jardín. La puerta del jardín da a un parque y a la piscina comunitaria que compartimos con doce vecinos. En la planta primera tenemos dos habitaciones dobles que comparten un baño completo. Y la habitación principal con vestidor y su baño en suite, con ducha y bañera. En el antiguo garaje hemos hecho un salón loft. Tiene televisión y un gran sofá que se convierte en una cama doble, pero es lo que es.

The house has Air Conditioning, high speed Wifi and central heating.

This townhouse is located in a smaller urbanisation with only 22 houses, in Benalmádena Pueblo. With a short walk you will find yourself in the town centre, which offers numerous cafes and restaurants as well as various shops. It is a traditional Spanish village with narrow streets and alleys , which are decorated with colourful flower pots, plants and cosy squares with orange trees. Here you can really slow down and let our holiday begin!
