Songbird Lane Guest House

Charming log cabin guest house. The property is a sanctuary for birds and people. Summertime fireflies dance in the trees at night, close range fall color and a spacious full moon sky will greet you season by season. Quintessential WNC charm, you may even hear the neighboring horse and buggy clomp on by. This picturesque, pastoral setting is flanked by short range mountain views, perched above Little Ivy Creek. The creek does not run directly through the property, rather babbles below.

The Perch Guesthouse- close to Asheville

Just reopened!! Guests have raved over this property, as it has tremendous personality. Perched atop a 2-car garage, this 700 SF newly constructed space has everything you need for your stay. Access from both bedrooms to covered back deck. Relax and watch resident deer, turkeys that hang out regularly. Only 5 minutes from quaint downtown Weaverville, grocery stores, major shopping, and only 10 minutes from Asheville and UNC-A. Quick easy access to I-26. Wi-fi, cable TV, games and more.

Country Cottage

The Country Cottage is a perfect getaway for a couple. Our small farm setting in the Blue Ridge Mountains offers a comfortable place for our visitors to explore Asheville and Weaverville. With the Covid Situation, our cottage is a Safe Choice. It is a seperate building so we dont even have to meet, if that is your wish. We use a Ozone Generator AirPurifier which Oxidizes and Destroys Airborne Contaminants such as Bacteria and Viruses. We follow all AirBNB guidelines for cleaning.

The Pond House with Hot Tub in TN

Escape to the Blue Ridge Mountains and enjoy your own piece of oasis. The Pond House sits on 6 acres along with our home, with a beautiful spring-fed pond, with mountain views. Relax outside in the hot tub for some stargazing, or read a good book on the porch and enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee or glass of wine. Cozy modern "treehouse"!

Relax in a cozy modern "treehouse" just a stone's throw from Weaverville's Lake Louise and a 10 minute walk to downtown Weaverville. Enjoy local breweries, coffee shops and bakeries, art galleries, and visit the local wine shop, pizzeria and restaurants. The perfect location for a visit to downtown Asheville. Sit and enjoy a cup of coffee from the back deck in complete privacy or relax in the living space with a great book, enjoying the view and the birds in the trees.

25 min from downtown Asheville -peaceful tiny home

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Guests are provided with a spacious yard with fire pit, coffee garden, property full of green vines and flora. Sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking with pink and blue skies over the mountain range. Full moons are magical and show up above the property in full view. Causa Suí is a space for rest, relaxation, reflection, and peace. Did I mention there’s on site private chef services for coursed elevated dinners?

The Cottage At The Top Of Meteor Mountain

COZY, PRIVATE, REMOTE, SMALL, QUIET & CLEAN. 15x15 small stand alone cabin/tiny house. SPA like atmosphere. 2 guests allowed only. Completely remodeled. Year round incredible mountain views. A true bargain, unique in location, and clean. AC and Heat. 4 miles from the Appalachian Trail, Asheville is 25 min/20miles to the south. 5 miles from Starbucks & Ingles. BRING A (real) FLASHLIGHT.

Little Valley Retreat

Enjoy the lovely setting of this secluded retreat, nestled in nature. We have gardens and friendly animals including goats, chickens, and ducks. You’ll enjoy total privacy with a fully fenced yard, private entrance. The suite has been totally remodeled and decorated in a moody, boho casual style. You will be ultimately comfortable at this special property.
