Come lounge in style in the Hollywood Hills. This private 1-bedroom rental has everything you could need- large bedroom, kitchenette, living room, bath, and a huge enclosed covered porch. This space really takes indoor/ outdoor living to the next level. The porch has a tree house vibe complete with hanging day bed. There’s an additional garden to relax in. All areas are private, including a private gated entrance for extra security. Ample street parking in front of property.

Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. Most suitable for guests who just need a comfy place to sleep. We currently HOST ONLY ONE GUEST. Pls kindly read through our rules before booking.

We live in a quiet & quaint neighborhood in Glendale's Woodbury area. Our home is a Tudor style with interiors decorated with modern & clean-line furniture, including the guest studio. The guest studio is approximately 400 sq ft with a kitchen. It is a quaint space for a staycation. It is centrally located. Kindly read the narratives before booking. You also must be a dog lover, we have 2 Labradoodles.
