A very convenient and beautiful spot in Ladispoli! My daughter and I enjoyed the peace and quiet here after a long trip from the US. It was walkable, clean, and had every amenity we needed.

Giorgio was responsive and a nice host! Everything was very good!

En réalité mieux que sur les photos. Logement sécurisé. Ascenseur. Propre, spacieux, lumineux, avec machine à laver et étendoir à linge. Avec 3 enfants, vaut la peine d'être mi en avant !

a 15/20 minutes à pied de la gare. au premier abord. le quartier semble sale, des tags partout... mais après avoir visité Rome dans tous les sens. en fait c'est pareil partout hors des zones touristiques. si le quartier semble peu accueillant, en fait rien à signaler. on peut se promener le soir sans aucun risque . les restaurants dans un rayon de 500 m autour sont nombreux et bons . l'accès au tram ( oubliez vos habitudes des grandes villes comme paris, Londres ... ici le tram a des horaires très très approximatifs, je comptez pas sur lui pour être a l'heure a une visite) est très facile. a seulement 100 m. bref. logement petit mais bien equipé, joliment decoré, confortable. rien a redire . l'hôte donne de bons conseils sur les restaurants et visites alentours.

Nous avons passé 5 jours extraordinaires à Rome ! L’appartement est idéalement situé : très calme tout en étant proche du centre historique, du Colisée et parfaitement desservi par les transports (métro, bus ou à pied). Il offre tout le confort nécessaire, avec une décoration soignée et chaleureuse. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil d’Alessandra, qui parle couramment français — un vrai plus pour faciliter les échanges. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Rome est une ville magnifique, et ce logement a largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour !

One of the nicest accommodations we have stayed in, which actively added to the enjoyment of the holiday and not just a place to rest our heads. the apartment itself is gorgeous with the highlight being the balcony that looks over the Rome city scape. the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious as was the shower. Although the apartment might be outside of the city centre it has no lack of options to get into the city promptly and the local area around the flat has no short comings for options in terms of: Bars, Restaurants, and Supermarkets. if I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Lorenzos apartment is in a quiet residential area in Anzio. I was there in April, I guess it could be a little busier in the summer. The sea is within walking distance. The car park is good (private), and it is a short walk to the nearest train station. It could be a good base camp for a day trip to Rome. The apartment is modern and fully equipped and very clean. You will find everything you might need for shorter and longer stays, the washing machine is a great bonus. Lorenzo is a very good host, communication works perfect. He helped with the checking-in and explained how everything works, which saved a lot of time. Easy choice next time I will be around. Very much recommendable!

Mapy is a very friendly host and made us very welcome from start to finish. Always available when we asked her a question. Her flat has everything you need for two people (except maybe a soap holder inside the shower;) , the bed is very comfortable , there was water in the fridge , the area is quiet and the outside space and terrace upstairs are a real bonus with lots of plants and decorations and deckchairs to relax+ table and chairs under shade to have breakfast or aperitivo:) The area is not very pretty but there are lovely private beaches , the flat is close to Cristoforo Colombo station (40 min into Rome) and Mapy’s place is a small piece of heaven!

Stylish apartment, close to all the amenities. My flight was delayed and I arrived late at night but Luca was very accommodating. A great place to stay in Rome :)

Cozy, very clean apartment, in which we felt very comfortable. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Labaro train station, from there you can take the train to Piazza del Popolu in about 20 minutes, for us a perfect connection to downtown Rome. Adriana and her son Andrea are very friendly hosts. Gladly again!

Era la nostra prima esperienza con Airbnb e non poteva andare meglio di così! 🤩 Alloggio facile da trovare, pulito e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno Ci siamo trovati benissimo assieme al nostro cane, con il giardino recintato per far godere anche a lui la vacanza, cosa per noi fondamentale La casa è l’ideale per staccare la spina e godersi del relax nella tranquillità, sia di giorno che di sera Roberto è un Host super disponibile e gentilissimo, anche per qualunque domanda o consiglio per visitare la zona e i dintorni! 😄 Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e lo consigliamo assolutamente, ci torneremmo subito!!

Casa ben arredata e attrezzata, silenziosa, spazi comodi per 4 xon due camere oltrealla sala,, apprezzati i letti con materassi top qualità dopo una giornata a camminare tra Ville oa Roma, per un riposo rigenerante. Lo spazio fuori è un bello sfogo, d'estate all'ombra e fresco. C'è posteggio per l'auto lunga la strada, anche se molto trafficata. Qualche problema con l'acqua calda all'inizio ma risolto in fretta.

Our stay was perfect! Restaurants were in close proximity of the apartment. We were able to use the electric stove for any necessities. The host left behind local wine upon our arrival! He met us at the apartment to explain certain aspects to us such as the hot water, air conditioning, and amazing projector in the loft. He was super responsive and helpful with anything we needed.

If Massimo’s place was a total dump, it would still get five stars for its location. It was right smack dab in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. Five minute walk to the Colosseum, short walk to the Trevia fountains, walking distance to the Spanish steps. Once we got to Rome, we never used rapid transit once. Even if it were 10 miles away from Rome, it would still get five stars as Massimo was an outstanding host. When we arrive, the pope had just died. He contacted us and kept us informed of all the changes made due to the funeral. I know it’s not always the case, but we were allowed early access to the room which really made our vacation sweet. But of all the places we’ve been to, this one was the best we’ve ever seen. The apartment was in a wonderful neighborhood, spotlessly, clean, and too many upgrades to count. We felt like we are in a luxurious hotel. This place will make your vacation very comfortable and complete. We would love to come back again.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommended, the house was clean, had clean towels for everyone, it felt like home. Also the house owner was so kind.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans l'appartement. L’accueil a été super, et l'appartement est vraiment grand, spacieux, très bien équipé, joli et agréable à vivre. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Si on a le sommeil sensible il faut savoir que le simple vitrage permet d'entendre les bruits de la rue (qui est peu passante) mais ça ne nous a pas du tout gêné ayant un excellent sommeil. Merci pour votre accueil!

Marco was a fantastic host who was always quick to respond. the apartment was fabulous smart TV which was very good for watching movies. The metro station is a quick 5 minute walk and only 4 stops from the Coliseum and 6 stops from Roma Terminni train station. I would definitely recommend.

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso è ce ne siamo innamorati per scelta. Struttura pulitissima, adatta anche per famiglie numerose. Noi eravamo 7 persone e ci siamo adattati perfettamente: 3 stanze, 2 bagni, una sala pranzo impeccabile ed una cucina comodissima. Beh, che dire: perfetta. Non mancherà modo di ritornarci, la consiglio vivamente se siete alla ricerca di un alloggio pulito, centrale e a due passi dal lungomare. Consigliatissimo!

Esperienza molto piacevole, appartamento molto bello e soprattutto molto pulito, Mirella poi è molto gentile e disponibile, lo consiglio vivamente
