My family and I stayed at Marilena's just for one night because we had an early flight out of FCO airport. my wife and I were traveling with three kids under six. this was the first and only day that we did not have a car to get around. We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment. it was very simple and easy to do. It was very easy to access the apartment. the host had perfect instructions. We came on a bank holiday so there was not a lot of choices available. However, Marilena's suggestions were all amazing. we ended up going to a restaurant in Fiumicino city called Cielo. wow this place was amazing. service and food was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and host gave us a welcome kit that was so kind. We felt very safe and it was nice that the location was only 10 min from the airport. thank you for everything Marilena!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gianpaolo molto disponibile e preciso, sempre pronto ad aiutarci. La posizione è perfetta, a 5 minuti dal mare. La casa era accogliente, pulita e molto bene attrezzata. Consigliatissima!

Piacevolissima vacanza a casa di Marco Claudio, persona disponibile e gentilissima. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di ottimo rosso, pane, un salame, un grande cesto di frutta fresca e cialde del caffè per la macchinetta. Durante il soggiorno ci è stato offerto un ottimo aperitivo. Una grande attenzione all’ospite. La casa è fronte mare ( anche spiaggia libera) e davanti ad una pineta con parco giochi per bambini. Ha un comodo giardino, ampio soggiorno, camere spaziose, 2 bagni entrambi con vasca. Cucina piccola ma con tutto il necessario (2 frigoriferi e 1 lavastoviglie). Appartamento consigliatissimo!

Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da diese sich direkt am Strand befindet. Gute Restaurants befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Die Gastgeberin hat auf alle Fragen schnell und unkompliziert geantwortet, sowie viele Tips gegeben.

Die Wohnung von Francesca hat eine super Lage. Der Balkon ist fantastisch, man kann auf das Meer schauen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit Francesca lief ohne Probleme. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

La casa è molto carina ed è in parco privato , ho trovato nella casa tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno. La cosa più bella è la posizione a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, sono addirittura previsti due sdraio con ombrellone, fantastico !! Alla fine del parco privato , puoi trovare un negozio di alimentari e tabaccaio , potresti anche non prendere più la macchina , hai tutto quello che ti serve , pieno relax ! A presto Elisabetta

Me quedado en este maravilloso alojamiento por 3 noches . Está frente a la playa lo cual hace que este alojamiento sea aún mejor , no está muy lejos de roma , así que puedes quedarte aquí disfrutar de la playa y el sol y también ir y visitar la ciudad de roma . El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y ordenado además y cuenta con todo lo necesario. El anfitrión es totalmente maravilloso, es muy amable y siempre está atento a cualquier cosa que necesites, ya sea café , toallas limpias , aperitivos o cualquier otra cosa . Me sentí muy segura y cómodo en este alojamiento, realmente me sentí en casa , así que definitivamente volveré a hospedarme aquí en mi próximo viaje 😊☺️☺️

The stay was great. Especially the location is amazing. Directly on the beach and still so easy to drive with the train to rome. The apartment was pretty clean and in good condition. Just important to know. the bed has a very soft mattress, we sleep better on a harder matrass. But that is for sure a personal preference The communication was amazing and Camilla was very caring. So we definitely felt very good at her place. Thanks so much for that

Der Aufenthalt bei Costantino war sehr gelungen, das Haus ist gepflegt, die Zimmer gemütlich, die Bäder schön und sauber, die Veranda sehr schön, die Außenküche mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen, der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Costantino problemlos. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Costantino wärmstens empfehlen!!👌

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

Tolle zweckmäßige Unterkunft in sehr geschickter Lage. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. sofern wir nochmal dort hin gehen, dann gerne wieder...

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni in 3 ragazze di Roma e Napoli in occasione di un meeting di lavoro in smartworking, ognuna aveva la sua privacy in casa con le 3 camere da letto, buona connessione wifi e grazie alla sua posizione centrale a Terracina, non abbiamo avuto problemi per uscire a pranzo o cena a mangiare tra ristoranti o pizzerie (ottima quella di Giu Giu’ giusto fronte casa). Supermercato e spiaggia a meno di 2 min a piedi. Splendida terrazza vista mare per la colazione. Comodo il parcheggio riservato e box auto proprio sotto casa. Cucina fornita di tutto anche se non abbiamo mai cucinato. Grazie ancora a Marco per la sua disponibilita’ e cortesia con suggerimenti della zona, non ultimo il suo Centro storico e Cattedrale.

Vi var två familjer med små barn som hyrde och hade en jättebra upplevelse. Doriana och medvärdar var mycket hjälpsamma. Det var svårt att hitta boendet genom adressen men vi fick en exakt pin till boendet som vi kunde lägga in i gps:en. Det vore bra om det fanns instruktioner för hur sopsorteringen fungerar i huset så slipper alla fråga. Vi förväntade oss att det skulle finnas mer förbrukningsartiklar så som salt, diskmedel, toapapper vilket det inte gjorde men värden ordnade de till oss när vi frågade. Det var väldigt mycket flugor överallt längs kusten där vi vistades vilket gjorde att vi inte utnyttjade uteplatsen lika mycket som vi trodde vi skulle göra. Enligt uppgifter så var det pga det blötare vädret som varit under hösten (vi var där i oktober) och inget som andra som vistas där under sommaren upplevt. Allt som allt hade vi en mycket bra vistelse!

Das Haus und Garten sind ein Traum. Alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was es für Ferien am Strand bedarf. Direkt am Meer gelegen mit schönem und sauberem Strand. Die Kinder haben auch die Hängematte und die Liegen beim Haus genutzt. Gemütliches Essen auf der Veranda und die Grillstelle waren weitere Highlights. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen!

Consigliato per le famiglie, noi siamo stati con una bambina di 2anni e mezzo, con la terrazza enorme quindi da sfruttare moltissimo con una bimba piccola la sera e accanto alla spiaggia libera o allo stabilimento molto carino per famiglie. Vacanza relax

The accommodation was very pleasant! Small and cozy apartment with everything we needed, even a sun umbrella for the beach and very close to the sea. It was also convenient to get to Rome. The owner was very responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Even allowed us to leave the apartment a little late. Thank you! We had a very nice stay!

Sono rimasto incantato dalla posizione e della pulizia della casa host gentilissimo

L’alloggio di Naoki è stato perfetto per il soggiorno che avevo in mente! La struttura era pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, proprio di fronte al mare! Appartamento super attrezzato e tecnologico, comodo e funzionale! Tornerò sicuramente!

Ciao. Io e mia moglie siamo stati ospiti di Robbi per 10 giorni ad Agosto 24. L'alloggio è al piano terra di una villetta quadrifamiliare con posto auto privato e un giardino veramente ben tenuto proprio sulla spiaggia, non bisogna neanche attraversare la strada. La villetta è all'interno di un residence privato fuori dal centro di Terracina; se durante il giorno la spiaggia è parecchio affollata, la sera la zona è molto tranquilla. L'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato, sia come locali che come servizi, esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio; unico neo qualche problema con la connessione WiFi e quindi con i programmi TV in streaming (non c'è antenna). Ci spiace non aver conosciuto di persona il nostro host Robbi, anche se telefonicamente si è costantemente interessato di come andasse il nostro soggiorno; a proposito devo ringraziarlo per la disponibilità nel preparare, al nostro arrivo, un sorpresa per mia moglie.
