Rare Villa right on the beach!

Experience living like a local! This lovely villa is located just a stone's throw away from the beach in a very peaceful area, yet it is also remarkably close to the city, restaurants, and nightlife. This house is a rare opportunity with daily cleaning and electricity included. There are no additional fees! The villa has a huge balcony/patio facing the lagoon, the islands of the Koh Samui and Ang Tong national park. Access to the house is entirely private. And We just finished the renovation!

La maison est directement sur la plage de hinkong qui est la plage la plus prisée de l'ile, la vue est a couper le souffle! Les couchers de soleils sont absolument magnifique. Cette maison est comme une maison de poupée mais avec une immense terrasse !La maison a 2 grandes chambres et 2 petites salles de bains ainsi qu'une mini cuisine intérieure et une très grande cuisine exterieure. La terrasse est grande 90 metres carré devant la mer avec une piscine de 4x4,50M profondeur 1,65M
