First off, communication was flawless. Any question I had was answered within the day. The villa we stayed at was perfect for my family and friends. The pool was the perfect temperature and we loved that the resort had a water park. Stores were very close and we loved the ice cream place that was close. Our only complaint that isn’t really much of a complaint was that from the hours of 4pm-8pm the entrance to the resort was absolutely clogged with families checking in, and it was really difficult to get back to our villa. Besides that, we had an absolutely wonderful stay.

This place was amazing perfect for our family get away the home looked just like the photos the host was very helpful with anything we needed this is a beautiful home!!!!!!!

The house was great the only hiccup was the pool or spa not heating up but outside of that it was a great experience.

Great stay with my friends. Ample space for everyone and the kitchen was great for making meals and dining. The pool was heated and there was space to relax. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our 3rd straight year staying in this beautiful house. The pictures are exactly what you'll find in the house. Movie room was great as always. House was very clean when we checked in. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Location is great as it is right next to the club house. Highly recommend staying here!

This place is awesome and perfect for multiple families. So much comfortable space that is clean! The week was very relaxing and we appreciated all the holiday decor and furniture. We would not hesitate to return to this property. As other reviews pointed out supplies (paper products, toilet trees, detergents, garbage bags) are limited so be prepared to purchase or pack your own.

Absolutely perfect stay and experience. Property is likely one of the best properties available in the area, especially for medium to large families. House was in pristine condition, everything looked exactly like or better than the pics. Hosts were extremely responsive and provided an incredible amount of information and instructions prior to arrival and available at the property. Definitely looking forward to future stays

Perfect place for a quick getaway with the family. Location and house are great! We had a blast as a family hanging out in the gorgeous pool area and doing karaoke and watching movies at night. Great proximity to Disney and Universal, but also nice to be able to just stay in and cook and hang out together. Great selections for coffee in the morning and the kids loved the Mickey Mouse waffles and the gift bag with all sorts of goodies! Highly recommend!

The location was great! I had 2 teens and a 4 year old and it was great for everyone ! The Walmart being 5 mins away was extremely helpful!!

This is the second time I've stayed at Mrs. Judy's and both times have been wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the house or our hosts. I plan on staying here every time I'm in the area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Kissimmee Orlando area. Plus you can't beat hosts like Mrs Judy and Mr Harlan.

One of the best homes I’ve Rented! 10/10 highly Recommended. Everything was as described, Very Spacious, everything was brand new and ready to use! The Host was awesome , great communication and clear instructions! I will most definitely be Renting again! Thank you 🙌🏾

Everything was great! We had a few glitches, but the host was very quick to sort them out. The only thing I think the host needs to change is the heating of the pool, sometimes when we were late getting back from the city, we wanted to get into the jacuzzi after 9 p.m., because the heating of the pool was from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

my entire family was happen with the location and how cleanednit was. I will happily come back and rent their property. my family and I are loyal customers.

If you're looking for a clean and spacious home with a pool that can easily accommodate a family of 4-6, at a reasonable price, in a safe and convenient location in the Orlando area, you found it. Nothing overly fancy in terms of the amenities or room decor for kids, but it's a good value overall. If you like a ceiling fan for the noise and air circulation, be sure to bring a box fan since there are no ceiling fans or box fans in the house. Other than that, it has everything you need.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect, close to all the parks with a large Walmart and lots of restaurants within a short drive. Check in and out was easy and the house had everything we needed. If we come back we would definitely stay again.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place. House is very cute and clean! Super awesome it has alarms on the doors that leads to the pool. Safety for the kiddos is always good even though mine are of age and swim well wish a lot more would have that. Will be back I’m sure!

My family and I have a wonderful time at this place. All updated appliances, very clean, everything was just as we expected if not better! If I had a question she would reply in minutes! I would recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed. I hope she has an opening for when we come back in a couple months, beautiful place!

die Unterkunft hat uns bereits beim Heranfahren überwältigt und so ging es auch weiter als wir sie betreten haben. Das war sehr sauber und ist äussert grossräumig. Die Kinder Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön ausgestaltet. Unseren Kindern hat es sofort gefallen. Die Küche bietet alles was es braucht um Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Der Pool war für uns der Ruhe- und Höhepunkt des Aufenthaltes. Brian ist ist zudem ein besonders fürsorglicher und freundlicher Gastgeber. er reagiert sehr schnell auf jegliche Anfragen, und hilft sofort wenn nötig. Wir haben uns so aufgehoben, entspannt und gut im Haus gefühlt, wie selten zuvor. Danke Brian!

Wow what a house! Luis's house was perfect! Close to all the parks and shops. House was very clean. The pool was amazing and the children loved all the extra pool toys that were availble! Luis is an excellent host and always available to help. The themed rooms were a big hit and we did not want to leave!

we stayed here for 17 nights and what a beautiful place and stay. We were 3 couples and the house was so spacious and comfortable for us all. We especially loved the beautiful pool (we had it heated and was well worth it as so warm), hot tub and spacious deck area. The furnishing in the living areas is so comfortable and there is plenty of it. We also enjoyed the pool table and games table in the garage. A major highlight for me was the neighbourhood alligator, Clarence, who frequently showed up on the lake behind us. He was well behaved and just watched from the lake edge 🙂 What a blessing to watch him safely from the screened in area but to be able to be so close, such an amazing creature. Just remember however to never feed the gators as it can be a death penalty for them 😥. And keep your distance as they are wild animals. We loved this place and would return again in the future if in that area.
