Existing to inspire, this all-in-one open space was renovated (late 2019) with every attention to detail; an inside-out desert feel. 2 “bedrooms”, 2 full baths, and a large light-filled lounger living space. 2 min to downtown JT. Cozy and secluded private yard with new hot tub, gas and charcoal BBQs, fire pit, and stage!

Constructed in 1950 and completely restored in 2023, this homestead has been transformed into a luxury retreat, with every modern amenity. Explore otherwordly hikes, unearth treasures at the shops and cafes in town, and discover the million little things that make this desert community so unique. The Pink Bungalow

This Romantic, Safe, & private gated bungalow is in a quiet neighbourhood close to town. Complete with large yard and luxurious outdoor areas. There are two side by side outdoor tubs, outdoor bed, outdoor gas fire pit etc. Close to JT National State Park. There is an extra Large sofa-Bed, TV, and Hot Tub for soaking under the stars in with a hammock nearby. A portable Bluetooth device, record player, Filtered water, washer dryer, No parties or loud music please. Dogs welcome.

Ladera House - Stunning Views at a Modern Retreat

Perched on top of the Mesa, this newly built home on 10 acres of land offers National Park-esque views in the day and highlights the vast Milky Way at night.
